We offer fresh sausages, cheese omelets along with waffles, yogurt, cereals, assorted pastries and bread, hard boiled eggs, and fresh coffee and juices. We are sorry that you did not find anything you liked within our selections offered.

We have bath mats available upon request from the front desk to add extra on top of the safety bottom tubs we have already. Please just inform the front desk so we can gladly help you while you are here.

To maintain our high standards, we have a professional carpet service come in to deep clean our carpets, when this happens, carpets will be damp. We do post signs and inform guests while this is happening. Unfortunately, we are not a business who is able to shut down our location while this happens. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we provide this extra service for our guests to enjoy deeply cleaned rooms.

Hello, you booked through Expedia, not our front desk. When you called we verified your information and that it was in fact you who booked the reservation. It looks like you spoke with Expedia as well and tried to cancel your reservation last minute but it was past the deadline to cancel. You were only charged a no-show fee and nothing else. Next time, please cancel your reservation within the generous time frame we have to avoid any fees.

Hello, our breakfast options remain the same to provide a consistently good meal every day that you will always reliably know to expect. We do not have around the clock maintenance or housekeeping, they work regular business hours between 8am and 4pm daily. Housekeeping will also not enter a room with a do not disturb sign or if guests are present. Next time please alert the front desk or bring down any unwanted items and we will gladly take and replace them for you.

Hello, we definitely do indeed have shower heads in every bathroom and they all work as a shower. Even in our jacuzzi rooms which has a separate tub in the living room, it still has the traditional shower in the bathroom. The front desk would have been happy to assist you in turning on your shower for you if you needed help with it.

Hello, there have not been any regulations that have prevented us from cleaning our rooms, we provide housekeeping service regularly like any normal hotel. If you would not like housekeeping, I would suggest at any hotel stay you should always put the do not disturb sign up. We are glad they were doing their job, even though you were not happy with them doing so.

Hello, we provide linens for the fold out couch upon request as not everyone uses this feature. Pillows for it are already provided in the bedroom on the main bed inside the room. The ceiling vents do occasionally get dusty from the air conditioning, but that is not mold. The dust has since been removed. As you can see, we have just renovated our bathrooms and freshly shampooed our carpets, please excuse those companies for leaving behind some tape from installation.
