Every guest is given a Guest Service sheet that has our after hours phone number on it. There was also a card in with your room keys that had a number to notify staff via text message. We also have several signs in the lobby with our after hours phone number in case of emergencies. If you had reached out, we would have asked the other guest to stop singing, and been able to fix the door if there was an issue with the lock. Thank you for your feedback.

We were not overbooked, your reservation was cancelled after attempting to charge your credit card several times, it was declined due to insufficient funds. I did attempt calling you for another card, and your phone was not in service. I did inform Expedia, that the reservation was being cancelled. When you called the next day you informed me that you did find another hotel & even told me the cost. You then became hostile and threatened me, at which time I did end the call.

Justin-On Saturdays our lobby does close at 6pm. We would have been more than happy to replace the batteries to your TV at no charge. We do provide guests with an after hours phone number in several areas in the lobby to call with any emergencies and have maintenance on site to assist our guests.

Joseph-you were called and texted with our after hours check in procedure. We also have several signs up with the number to call with any lock-out issues/questions. Two guests have informed me that you were playing on your cell phone an expected THEM to call the number for you. If you did not provide us with the appropriate phone number to contact you, then I guess that is why you had to wait for assistance. One informed, a staff member came right out to assist you.
