We would like to point out that, as our staff explained in person, every time our Customers book online, the booking portal always highlights the location and description of the rooms (e.g.: Quadruple Room; Budget Quadruple Room SEPARATE BUILDING) and the prices change accordingly, so that our Guests can feel free to choose the type of room that best meets their needs. you have been assigned the room you booked as indicated in the reservation. Regarding the cleanings, we would like to inform you that after you checked out our staff entered the room to check, and it was found clean and unused, our staff was not informed about this kind of problem and, since you did not like the room, we also suggested a free change of the room with a bigger one, your part declined and did not accept.We are so sorry to hear that you were unable to take advantage of all the services we offer.
