I'm sorry your stay was less than perfect. We were happy to assist in getting you a remote and made sure phone was turned on. I'd been just as happy to move you to another room had you mentioned the AC noise, and possible outlet issue to the front desk. I could have explained that one outlet is connected to light switch near door. I would not have left you in a room that wasn't 100% perfect. I will definitely ask maintenance this room thoroughly before renting it again. I assure you, if would give us another try, I promise satisfaction.

We are a pet friendly hotel. Normally she's shy and hides when non staff approaches. I was surprised she stayed in lobby when you entered hotel.

Please call the front desk if there is noisy guests in the walkways or parking lot. We have security that works the property, they'd be more than happy to access the situation for you.
