휴스턴 외각에 위치한 숙소
최근에 새로 지어진 건물로 객실 내부에 집기류가 모두 새것이고 직원들도 매우 친철함. 아직까지 많은 손님들이 이용하지 않은 것으로 보이나 매우 깔끔하고 훌륭한 숙소임 다만 휴스턴 시내와 거리가 제법 멀고 구글맵에서 검색이 되지 않아 주소로 검색해야하며 그마저 숙소 입구 안내가 잘 되지 않아 다소 길을 헤매었습니다.

We were placed in a smoking room even though I explained my children have asthma, then was told I could be placed in a one bed room non smoking but clearly I book a double bed for a reason there was 4 people. I asked for a refund so I could get a new room and the desk clerk argued with me for ever. I started recording and made him sign a paper stating I did not stay and he STILL charged me. This smoking room was so bad the moment we walked in I got a head ache and my daughter needed her inhaler. It looks like the roughest hotel in the area, hair on the bed, broken furniture… sticky floors. It was horrible for the 13 seconds we were in there

At 6:00 p.m. I received a call from the Manager asking me what time I was checking in. I didn't know the exact time. He told me he was cancelling my reservation since the debit card I had posted to hold my room didn't have sufficient funds. I had intended to use my bank card to pay for the room. But I told him "to go ahead and cancel the room."

nice and quiet. the area doesn’t necessarily seem safe if it wasn’t for the reassurance of the staff and flood lights and cameras that the property has invested in.

Really a dirty place. Picture on wall had busted glass inside. Staff was rude. No room service. No coffee or breakfast. Manager said he had to order coffee. Coffee did come the last day we were there.

Regretable and horrible!
Very unprofessional front staff. Tv remote not working, tries calling front desk but phone in room dead, no dial tone, had to call with personal phone. Was told management aware of phone after the batteries were replaces in remote. Surprisingly phone rang in room in the morning to remind of check out but dead when you try to dial out. Room was shabby, bes uncomfortable and banging noises all through the night. I had no idea this was one of those hourly rental motels, so you can imagine how its kept. Never booking this hotel ever again. Advice to anyone to stay clear if you have standards. Only booked because it was closer home because my ac went out in home. You get what you pay for, being cheap.

Not the property for you
Very disappointed with our stay , we checked out 1 day early due to the conditions ( lost 1 nights rate) . The property looked as if it was used for ppls long term homes . Very run down with bugs (roaches & another bug I could not identify) . No breakfast at all only poorly hand written signs taped on the wall saying No breakfast coffee only 24hrs . Iron, ironing board & blow dryer did not work . With us traveling almost 1200 miles by car it was worth packing up after our event and heading bk home early because the stay was not pleasant at all .

Rooms are fairly new and clean, customer services were good, check in and out was efficient. Basically an adequate hotel in all respects.

Very rude front staff but the place is nice.
