Beautiful property, elegant rooms, great dining options. My only complaint is that the TVs in the room are awfully small, especially considering how far back from the TV the beds are. Also, the pool is adequate but the gym felt like a total afterthought. Would be nice to see the amenities picked up a little more.

The rooms were old and badly needed up grades. I had roaches in my room. The manager didn’t seem to care. didn’t get a wake call two days in the row which made me miss my flight. The Lobby was nice but don’t recommend this location the customer service was horrible!

The hotel was OK, and I can see myself booking it again. The room was renovated. One day, I woke up and there was a puddle in the room and I slipped and fell, almost injuring myself. The AC was leaking water. The staff was attentive and upgraded my room immediately. John from the reception was absolutely amazing and always welcoming. The cleaning schedule was very unpredictable, there was used lotion left in the room, and housekeeping never replenished my water bottles. The worst part was the shuttle, which I have never seen and the staff weren’t helpful in explaining the schedule. Worse, it doesn’t work during a thunderstorm. I arrived on time multiple times, to my surprise, the shuttle would be already gone.

I would not stay here again, the WIFI is terrible, they put us in a room where the shower water would flood the bathroom and enter the main room, the internet is terrible and they moved us to another room and the internet was the the same, tired of complaining, the manager was polite but the rest of the staff were not.
