절대 비추... 늦게 첵인 하면 방도 더럽고, 맘에 안들면 환불해 줄테니까 나가라는 소리나 해대고... 가지 마세요.. 될수 있으면 20불 더 쓰는 편이.... 정신건강에 좋을것 같네요.

Staff was friendly, all seemed to be comedians in a sense lol place has cleaned up from the past and overall you can’t beat the price and you have a kitchen still and they aren’t hard on you at checkout

The staff at the hotel were friendly but it ends there. The room was dirty, fleas, and noisy. I never stayed at an extended stay that did not have anything in the kitchen not a cup, pot, or utensils. This is more like an apartment complex than hotel.

The heater didnt work and couldn't get a proper blanket. The room was super noisy you could hear the people next to me screaming at the child and what sounded like someone beatinh their dog. There was cockaroachs EVERYWHERE. No shower curtain, the toilet would not stop running. I coule not even stay the whole time i planned to. The pictures that were advertised by expedia as well as the hotel are all false advertisement. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone .

Extended Stay for Roaches
Upon my arrival it looked like it was going to be a nice place to stay. Jay at the front desk was very pleasant and check in with easy and quick. However I get to my room and it's a completely different story. The room itself was a little beat up it could definitely use some patchwork and some paint cabinets were kind of banged up the stove top was a rusty mess kind of like the refrigerator. But that's not the worst of it. The roaches in this place are out of control. Every time you look a roach is crawling over something I thought I could deal with it. I took a shower, took my clothes off and laid them down. Buy the time I got out of the shower roaches were crawling all over my dirty clothes and trying to get in my travel bag of clean clothes. In order to keep the roaches out of my bags and end up bringing them home I had to put my bags in the refrigerator to keep the roaches away. Finally at 3:00 in the morning I couldn't stand it anymore and called guest services which they were no help. Monday I'll be calling back for a refund because no person should pay to live like this.

Not Ok
Service was good, front desk made sure I was still able to get my key card to check in even though it was after hours. However, the room was terrible. There were baby roaches crawling everywhere, holes in the wall with a glove stuck inside it. Would not recommend to anyone.

It's terrible. The manager had excellent customer service. But it was bad. Avoid, unless you are a transient and need a place to take shelter during a storm.

After a 13 hour drive the original Extended Stay gave my room away. So I got a room a few miles away. She was very nice but I was also upset the room rate was another 20 bucks a night. They should have honored my original price. If given the choice again I would not get another room with this company.

Nice location, horrible cleanliness. I spent 1 night here before checking out. I didn’t even sleep in the room because roaches were everywhere, including the sheets. I ended up sleeping in my car and checking out the next day. They did issue me a refund for me next 2 nights. Friendly people and good location, just a disgusting hotel.

I was refused a room and a refund. When n I tried calling in for a refund I was told I couldn’t get one. Then when I asked for a supervisor I was told it would take a week for them to get back to me.

Trash everywhere. Grounds not well kept. Trash cans overflowing. Sticky stuff on the ground. Inadequate lighting. Had to get out twice to try to see room numbers. Roaches running all over the room.

The room had a leak... There was no working hot water in 55 degree temperature and this was only after being moved from the first room where I was bitten in my sleep. However the staff were very friendly and pleasent to deal with.

Roaches and bed bugs all over. It is better to sleep outside or in your car rather than hunting roaches all night. They advertise breakfast but they only give you some muffins. Breakfast is a false advertisement.

Stayed for 3 weeks while waiting to move and the hotel was very comfortable, always kept very clean, and the manager was very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly too.

When I arrived for my reservation the hotel was overbooked. There was not a double suite available, which I had booked. Finally after several minutes, the front desk told me they had a room that was single bed. But it would be the same price that I paid for the double bed. I took it because it was late and I was traveling with my children, that were tired. The room was not cleaned. Urine behind the toilet with a strong smell, trash on the floor and ROACHES! I went to the front desk to inform them that the room was not cleaned and no towels. He handed me a rag and spray bleach. I told that I needed someone to clean the room, he said that house keeping would clean the room in the morning(Monday). Monday I left the room, came back no cleaning in rm 171 that night. I went back to the front desk requesting a cleaning, Tuesday I left, came back no cleaning. Same-thing Tuesday, get back no cleaning. At this point we need towels and the front desk informed me that they do not give new towels during Covid only once a week. However the laundry is machine or out of order. Wednesday morning I decided to leave. The roaches was crawling on the bed and in our clothes. I could no longer take it. My reservation was for 8 days I stayed 3 nights

I booked online and when I arrived to the hotel the room I reserved was unavailable. The entire hotel was sold out.

At least give me my money back
Every time I have booked at this hotel through hotels.com they told me that they were fully booked when I got to the hotel having already paid hours before. The first time they gave me my money back and the second time they didn’t. Their system requires some attention.
