When you came to the desk to inform us about the clogged toilet, our front desk agent also offered to bring you the plunger to your room as well as a room change was offered. All of which were denied by you. We do have maintenance on site during the regular day hours. Some hotels, like full service hotels, do have maintenance around the clock. We unfortunately are not one of those hotels. I wish you would have mentioned the other issues at the time you brought up the toilet incident.
