The hotel staff we encountered were lovely, and helped us with a problem we had, which was very appreciated. However, there were enough little things that on their own would never be a cause for a problem, but altogether left me underwhelmed: the website was incorrect in advertising our room, so we were one bed short; a broken shelf in the bathroom; a medium sized bar on the tv not working; the carpet feeling sticky in places.

I only booked this hotel because of the airport transfer and the shuttle was broken and absolutely no accommodation. Very poor

We were in for one night, hotel offered a shuttle - call to confirm pick up when you arrive, it was close to the airport, the room was really large, and the breakfast (included) had great selection.

They had power conditioning unit immediately outside our room which had a very high pitched whine. A much quieter piece of equipment is available.

Woke up Monday morning to find someone had stolen our truck, and from what the police say it happens alot at this hotel,and the one across the hwy. Our truck was right in front of the hotel where we could see it from our room.

We booked the hotel seeing they had a free shuttle to & from the airport. When we got into Houston we called & their shuttle was broke down so they sent a van. There were other people needing it also so we took an Uber. When we got back from our cruise we had an early flight the next morning & they didn’t run it that early. Also the outside pool was very dirty.

It’s clean and cozy. It it’s close to the airport but very far from the bus station and food. Basically nothing good around for a walk. And the pool it’s outside at the front where everyone can see you.

Good property..clean room for the most part. I had a dirty towel, some hair left on the sink, and hot water from shower took like 15mins to get hot, the room had a locker room stench. Mostly clean though..fresh sheets, shower and toilet was clean. Definitely overall would stay again. Just could have been a miss by service.

The airport shuttle does not run all the time and the young lady on the front desk is very rude and abrupt. No one seemed willing to help with any questions or concerns.

They haven’t enough people working in front desk, when we arrived IAH and call hotel to ask pickup, No one pick up phone for over 20 mins. and waited shuttle over 30 mins. I never have this issue happen. They should have people to pickup phone right away, advise people will think they are close.

Met expectations for our travel plans. Not too far from the airport, easy access to freeway. Only a couple of concerns: drain problem in the shower/tub left us standing in ankle deep water during showers; GFI outlet broken in bathroom, USB/plug outlet on nightstand did not work properly. Friendly front desk staff at check-in, clean room. In all, we like Hampton Inn and have stayed in many during our past travels and will continue to do so in the future.

Overall, this hotel is pretty good. However, our specific room had some issues, indicating a need for better facility maintenance. The bathroom barn door wouldn't close, the alarm clock's wire was torn apart, and a few other things were broken. Additionally, there was an extra charge of $11 compared to what we paid through Expedia.

Pleasant stay in the Hampton
It was a nice room. Our stay eould have been more enjoyable with a microwave oven in the room.We had food to heat up. Also there are no restaurants in the immeadiate area.
