Overall great stay, only downside was the fact that the bathroom did not have a fan. Which was a downside but did not ruin my stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Best Western is the best hotel in the town, I really enjoyed my 4 days stay, clean calm and amazing staff, corridors were clean and there was no bad smell around, highly recommended hotel for stay if you are planing to go on holidays to houston

In an almost empty 5 story hotel with 100 rooms, why did they put a large loud family in the rooms on either side of us? Especially when they arrived in the middle of the night?? Every time we talked to someone at the front desk they said they would do something or give us a refund, but never followed up. The smoke and fire alarms in the morning did not add to the ambience.

Stay away. They scam you with fake damage fees.
They scam the customers by charging fake damage fee like scribbling on the chair, table etc. They seem to target family with kid(s) to execute this scam. Of course, noone is going to file a lawsuit for $35. But, it will be a big money if they do this to 100 customers in a month. The hotel is average. The breakfast is average. The bed was low lying and not comfortable.
