Unacceptable charge
The man at the front desk asked me to present my credit card when I checked in. And 50 dollars were charged to my card without informing me. The hotel does not answer my email asking why they charged me 50 dollars. A rip-off maybe?

Sorry for any inconvenince during your stay, we make a $ 50.00 deposit for all our guest, for any incidental they may have duing their stay, in case no charges where made, they will be refunded back to your account, after check out, and it will 5 to 6 business days.

The parking garage is SO steep. Never seen a garage so steep at a hotel. It scrapped my car. Outside of garage, clean hotel and reasonable walk to Minute Maid Park

When i checked in, i had to wait an additional 45 minutes for a room assignment. Once i received my room, I went to go inside and someone else was already in the room. So i had to wait on a second room.

AC was stuck at 66 degrees and the “off” function didn’t work - thermostat would not move up one degree so was absolutely FREEZING all night and day. Not relaxing or comfortable at all to be stuck in that temperature.

The property was super clean , staff nice , only inconvenience was the bed was like a twin for me and my husband and daughters bed . Tiny tiny rooms . Our transportation shuttle was David and he was so kind and picked out our places to eat two nights in a row and was promptly there to get us .

Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. It is in close proximity to downtown venues and provides a shuttle service. The restaurant is not open at this location, so that should be noted on the website. The only complaint was that the hotel apparently controls the temperature within the rooms or the system is not operating correctly. Was extremely hot throughout the night, even though thermostat was set on 60. Room stayed at 74.

Arrived at hotel and found that I could not park unless I was checked in. I could not get into the hotel without a keycard which I didn't have because I had to check in. Had to rely on desk clerk to open door to let me in. Breakfast was mediocre and overpriced.
