I wish it was standard practice to discuss the breakfast coupon when you check in. It seems as though every time I stay at a Holiday Inn that isnt an Express, they tell me the next morning that I must pay for breakfast because the night clerk didnt include it.
Also, our a/c unit in the room must be going out. It never completely cooled the room. We didn't say anything about it to management because we didn't want to have to switch rooms in the middle of the night, but it was warm at best.
Staff was friendly, however. I would come back.
