I was told by the locals that telephone road is the street that hookers get pick up at. That said it’s not a good location to be at after dark.

Horrible hotel
Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a few days while vacationing in Houston and this hotel was horrible! They had bed bugs and I didn't realize until after we left because it can take a couple of days to see the bites on your body. My boyfriend didn't have any bites but My arms are covered in them. When I got home from vacation I had to go straight to urgent care because they were so swollen and itchy. My boyfriend called the hotel twice and the manager is never there and the lady that answered the phone didn't seem to care she said that you can not prove it happened here! But she also knew there were bed bugs because she said someone else called and complained today about it. She never apologized just said next time we come we can have a discount! We don't plan on ever going back there! No one should stay here as they clearly do not care about their guests. He wasn't necessarily looking for a refund when he called. He didn't even get an apology though!

It was for a concert so I picked a hotel I thought was decent. When we arrived we found out we were given a handicapped room. The AC did not work & the shower head was broken. There was cigarette burns on the comforters. I will definitely not be staying here again.

Do Not Waste ur $$ or time in this hotel
It was absolutely horrible! It was dirty & in a very shady place . They had inappropriate shows in the rooms & they offer rooms per hour. We were charged $100.00 bucks for the room and it was not worth it @ all!!!!!

Hotel is family owned and not customer service oriented. The location is not the safest but atleast a pleasant experience and clean room would be expected. Very low budget

Very poor maintenance, with the deadbolt on the entrance door and the toilet tissue roll being held in place by a piece of heavy twine.

I believe this is the kind of hotel where the room is rented by the hour. It was absolutely disgusting. Very surprised that Expedia would offer this as an option. We slept fully clothed and showered with flip flops on. It smelled like bug spray. I reserved a suite but was told when we arrived that the toilet is broken. We were still offered the room but declined it. There is NO room service and we had to get extra towels ourselves. The worst part was listening to our neighbors tv (porn channel) from 4am-11am.

Do Not Stay Here
We ended up canceling our stay here due to the condition of the hotel and the area. Upon arrival they stated that they wouldn't take credit cards and that we had to go get cash to bring back. They also wouldn't answer the phone when we had tried to call earlier. The lobby smelled like vomit cleaner, and the "free breakfast" counter was dusty and not clean. The area was also pretty sketchy.

horrible. the neighborhood is bad. I swear there was a street walker standing outside and I had 2 small children with me. i thought i was booking a room with 2 beds for 3 people. I was given 1 bed for 3 people. then when I turned the television on for my children to watch there was p0rnn playing. never again.

I hated it, Our car got keyed it was so dangerous
Never coming back, the Indian clerk was so rude and didn't want to give me a towel when I asked for it, it felt more like she cared about the money than a customers stay

Unfortunate
The staff was quite friendly and helpful but that was the only good part of the stay. The wifi did not work in all rooms (the closer to the office the better). The ventilation was poor. I had a non smoking room but when my "neighbor" would smoke it smelled like it was being directed straight into my room. It was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room as well. The general area seemed to be a little rough and I was warned to be careful around the hotel.
