Nothing like it’s pictures the office staff was rude AF floor was peeling up no smoke detector in our room we got two queen beds each had one pillow asked for another office staff said “um I don’t control that ma’am” we left that place should be condemned

First of all the hotel did not look like the advertisement. The property was trashy, the rooms were horrible the place just look like it was a place for crack heads people hanging outside dog poop on the side walk couldn't go in the lobby had to speak with the person behind a glass.will not be booking this hotel ever again. Thank you

There were roaches bugs nats the floor was broken tile and wood. I had to come in cleaning and when i asked the staff about the flying bugs inside the room i was given a can of raid. The over night guy was polite but this room was horrible.

I do not recommend this place! I felt unsafe and the place was dirty. I found food in the fridge when I got there. There was people talking and making so much noise all night! And no refunds!!!!!! It was horrible!!

Es el peor hotel en el que me he quedado, hay drogas, suciedad, gente fumando mariguana, un policía con tenis con arma, realmente de lejos pinta ser un buen hotel sin embargo ya que llegas y ves es el peor.

Mandatory $50 "cash-only" deposit at check in, bad condition of rooms, lack of cleanliness, staff absent from front desk during check in for 10-15 min, twice saw security patrols during my couple of days stay, must be a troublesome place. I have stayed in relatively inexpensive hotels/motels and had better experience. Wish I had selected a different similarly priced hotel.

No fue lo que esperaba.
La habitación no se parece a la de las fotos, las sábanas estaban limpias pero tenían manchas anteriores lo cual no da confianza, la llave del lavabo estaba floja y fuera de su lugar. A la 1 am se pelearon los huéspedes del cuarto de junto y me despertaron con sus gritos.

Beware - the extra $$ you pay at the property they want in CASH. In the app it says nothing about that. To top it off, they don’t even know where the nearest ATM is. I was tired and frustrated and just wanted to lay down. I ate the non-refundable charge and went to the hotel just down the street

the room i got was dirty & it had roaches all over! i couldn’t even sleep because they got on the bed & i was scared they would crawl on me while i was asleep.

Not happy.
Bed bugs! You can see light at the bottom of the door which bugs were free to enter the room. Worse was the smell. I suppose to have a smoke free room but you could smell smoke.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had
Right when we pulled up there were multiple men just loitering. Some were beyond drunk. It felt very unsafe. The rooms had multiple roaches, beds were damp and had stains. Safely lock for door was broken and just laying on the floor. Outside and rooms very unkept. Felt unsafe staying there with my children. Definitely worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Get better Help , stop stealing people's money
Never stay here ,they need to train their staff...they are lazy ..rude ..and they just sits around while the phone was ringing...they just sat there and talked while the phone w were ringing...they were more worried about stocking up on the chips and drinks .I would not recommend this place at all ...

You get what you pay for!
You get what you pay for, not many amenities and some rooms have fridge and microwave some don’t. Most rooms have wholes in the wall. It’s definitely a place to lay your head for cheap.

As soon As we checked in we were met by people who tried to but our shower to get inside.. we didn't even unpack yet we just parked .. tried to tell the manager but they didn't do anything but keep my money. Will never go back here, such false advertisements 😒 smh
