My first time staying at a baymont location and it will be my last. Only good experience I had was the shuttle driver. Took a minute to check in and wasn't greeted. I had quite a few bags as my 8 year was with me, elevator was broke the whole stay, no one offered a hand, got to our room and it smelled very stale and holes were in the bedding.coffee machine dirty, and bathroom only had 1 towel. The followong morning , my son and I was awaken by loud screams, bumps from the wall from the room next to us, and glass shuttering. No one from the front desk answered for a whole hour as I did not want to leave the room with my son because it was unsafe. 30 mins later as I am looking out the perp hole, I see a man dragging a lady while hitting her pass my room. This went on for another 30 mins or so. Front desk finally answers and I ask was breakfast still going so I could feed my son. The lady said breakfast ended at 9am. I informed her that I been calling for over a hour and did not want to leave the room until I jnew it was safe. The lady said she cant control people and no brekafast accommodations. She was very rude and insensitive. I had to get my son and leave asap. We didnt come back intil the next day and when I asked for a manager,, I never got one. I tried waiting by the pool until shift change and the ppol was gross and frezzing. Someone was selling drugs in nthe back of hotel. I packed up and went to a associate house as this hotel was no longer safe.
