This was my first time staying at this property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was able to work from the room as the WI-FI connection was perfect I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Staff were nice and friendly. The room was comfy and cozy. Also the location was near the conference that I attended. I plan to book here when I return to Houston in June. Thank you.

Property was near the highway but I didn’t hear the noise from it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some variety with breakfast over a six day visit.

I found a bug in the bed of the first room. Got moved to another room and found a bug in that bed. Management moved me to another hotel owned by the same group. The room was not as nice but there were no bugs. I checked carefully.

Honestly, when we stay at a hotel, it's just to have a place to sleep. So based on that, while the bed was okay, the pillows were terrible, especially for side sleepers. Thus the low rating.

Convenient location connecting to many highways, shopping centers, restaurants and so on. Clean, spacious rooms. Good value for money! Very good free breakfast. Friendly staff and attentive service. Caring personal touch both at the breakfast bar and by Shannon the manager at the front desk. An amazing ray of sunshine she is! Very happy with their service! Easy free parking. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Overall great for a quick stay! Rooms are a little older but renovated and clean and didn’t smell like mold. Hotel lobby is very nice and staff was kind. Would stay again !

Lobby and breakfast areas were nice - better than average. But the breakfast food was only average, at best. The room though quite nice had a few problems. There should be separate switches in the bathroom for light and ventilation. Having the fan on all the time got annoying. The sink in the bathroom vanity is set back to far making it difficult to use. The hot water took forever to warm up. I mean several minutes. This is unacceptable. The light over the vanity would start blinking after a while and should be changed out. Finally, the switch on the standing lamp by the door is hard to turn on, and is probably about to fail. And BTW, the selection of tv channels was disappointing.
