The room absolutely reeked of smoke, and there was hair in the bed. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned at all before my arrival. I was willing to pay for the one night that I stayed there, but I was refused to refund by both Expedia and the hotel for the remaining three nights that I did not stay there. I was completely disappointed by the experience, and very let down by both Expedia and the hotel to not have the ability to handle the situation in a way that I was refunded.
