generally ok hotel... nice quiet
generally ok hotel... nice quiet beach... BUT most of workers do NOT speak English. only two, i found who speaks English. if you call reception you might have to speak to 3 different people in order to communicate. Pool villa's pool dont really feel it is private as u can easily see neighbours.

The hotel handled the mismatch of our bookings with Expedia and their own confirmation details horribly. Effectively blaming the guests and putting the onus to fix the problem on the guests of their own property. There were so many things they could have done to resolve the issue smoothly and retain us as their customers but they failed miserably to the point where they actually gave misleading information about the room availabilities. Expedia managed to clear up the incidence for us after just one call. Thank you. Unfortunately for this hotel, we’ll never be back.

โรงแรมสงบเหมาะกับการพักผ่อนส่วนตัวแบบส่วนตัวมากๆ ไม่เหมาะกับกับคนที่อยากมาพักเพื่อออกไปทำกิจกรรมข้างนอก เพราะสถานที่ตั้งโรงแรมค่อนข้างไกลเมืองมาก ไม่มีร้านค้าหรืออะไรใดๆ ให้ออกมาข้างนอกเลย ห้องพักดี บุฟเฟ่อาหารเย็นราคาแพงมาก ไม่คุ้มเท่าที่ควร สรุปโดยรวมถ้าอยากมาพัก หนีความวุ่นวายก็แนะนำมากๆ

非常寧靜酒店
雖然酒店開了10年，保養得好好。 早餐選擇不多但每款食物都好味，特別有椰青，sparkling wine 任飲。 職員nice, 可惜英文太差，溝通有點困難。 非常寧靜酒店，因為周邊什麼都沒有，沒有餐廳，沒有market ，只適合完全放鬆心情朋友。

我們住的是Royal suite，空間、景觀、室內室外設計都充滿美感，亦和自然環境融合，屋於此中有如屋於一件大型藝術品中。然而作為家庭旅遊，這房顯得有點不合適，尤其是有小孩同行，旋轉樓梯扶手空隙太闊，對小孩造成危險，泳池時有落葉和蟲子，無論是客飯廳，以至酒店餐廳都有許多蒼蠅飛來飛去，趕之不盡，而廁所和浴室去水系統更是令人困擾。

Very nice resort ideal for a peaceful stay
The X2 resort is ideal if you are looking to truly relax, and get away from a busy day. The rooms, facilities and service is great - dont expect there to be anything else close by (shops, restaurants, etc.), for that you have to drive. You can rent a scooter, or, hire a driver for that. We stayed for 3 nights which was ideal, staying for longer would make me want to do something more active - but thats my personal taste. Great stay overall

location is a bite far away but private nice architecture, quiet with private beach. service was not that bad but strange, like staff took my unfinished dish away without asking, shouting from far distance to ask my room number. But the most funniest one was when i went to its restaurant for tea time. I ordered a set of dessert which came with cold "or" hot drink. So I chose an ice tea and then my friend just ordered a hot tea in addition. After a while that staff came to us and ask if we were here for the first time. And she explained that in the set, I was able choose only one drink but she talked to manager for a spacial permission to get us 2 drinks for free. Thanks for that. But I felt like she treated me like someone who didnt know a difference between "or" & "and".

Good, it's all very nature-y so you might have the unfortunate occurance of meeting some bugs/frogs in your bathroom.. But if you don't mind that then it's all good. Room design is good. Price for value.

Amazing long weekend
X2 Kui Buri was the perfect choice for our long weekend getaway. The villa was private, clean and very comfortable. The private pool was the highlight, but if you prefer swimming with the view of the ocean, you can use the large pool. The seafood buffet at 4k restaurant was delicious with all you can drink wine. K.Fah, Front Manager, was kind enough to allow late check-out for us. We can't wait to be back!

modern design and total comfort
X2 is a beautiful and exclusive resort with first rate facilities and rooms which provide modern comfort and privacy. The area around is totally unspoilt and there is a long beach to discover. Food and beverages are available throughout the day at reasonable cost and there is a lovely pool with free ice lollies, snacks and tea which is a nice touch. All staff very friendly.

Solitary Confinement
Stayed 1 night at the X2. Finding the hotel was a major feat.It is located if you can find it in an isolated area of the main highway 30 minutes from Hua Hin . If isolation or you wish to experience solitary confinement is what you are into this is the place for you! The layout of the hotel is based on concrete and stone ,even the rooms are constructed from Stone . The beds are hard ,the rooms have no character ,pull the curtains for a good night’s sleep and the light comes in at 6 am from skylights on both sides of the room . I personally did not like the hotel as it has no character and in need of a lot of work . Food was expensive and extremely ordinary .You have no choice of where to eat as once you arrive you are a captive audience . The service and attitude of the staff is excellent and they do go out of their way to assist in any way they can ,it is a shame that such great staff are in a hotel in the middle of nowhere.

O hotel é muito bonito, reservado, para relaxar, mas: É longe de tudo então se vc não foi de carro não pode fazer mais nada Tem serviço de quarto só até as 17:30 (esquece aquela fome da madrugada) O restaunte também fecha as 22:30 (chegamos as 22:40 com fome e assim ficamos até o dia seguinte) Só tem um restaurante/bar. Ou seja se vc ficar 3 dias como nós vai fazer todas as refeições no mesmo lugar Não tem bar ou serviço na piscina Não tem um mercadinho É um lugar que funciona bem se vc quer ficar sozinho esquecido para relaxar

X2-family trip
Family trip at X2 Kuiburi, stayed a night in beach front pool villa. One of the greatest hotel services, clean and well prepared food, very calm beach and relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are clean and comfort, but not detailed clean yet. Hotel public walkway needed to be renovated that they have been doing the job. The hotel is Pet-friendly, thus not suitable for couples or families that are not into the pets, however, we love them. It was a pleasant stay, will definitely come back again with our pets and kids once the renovation is completed

Great hotel in the middle of nowhere.
Awesome place if you want to get away from it all. Very peaceful. We went there for our honeymoon, and had a great time. Some of the public areas do need a little renovation, and they had started this when we were there. And the staff's language is only ok, there were some communication issues. But our bungalow was divine, it had its own small lap pool and was very nicely appointed. The rooms were very clean. The main pool was also kept very clean. There were some activities like kayaking and sailing a catamaran, but mostly this place is for reading poolside, walking on the beach and sleeping in the sun. There isn't much nearby, a monkey temple and an elephant park, and no shops either, so you will most likely be eating at the restaurant for 3 meals a day. The food was great, expensive for Thailand, but you're in a resort, and you have to expect resort prices. Lots of Thai's go here for a weekend, so the place is not overrun by tourists.
