Stayed in Standard Room for 8 nights
Value-for-money residence with everything you need. Staffs are nice and attentive, too. *I strongly recommend that you get a room with mountain view. Otherwise, you will suffer from noise from the road all night long.

발코니에 싱크대가 있고 빨래 널수 있어 좋았음..레지던스에 고양이 키움..큰도로와 근접해서 야간 조금 시끄러움..예민한분은. 살짝 힘들듯

No wifi and no hair dryer
The room is really clean, yet the shampoo was provided the used one instead of brand new one. And there is no hair dryer available in entire hotel. The worst part is that the wifi is useless, wifi did not work during my entire stay.

Room was ok
I had to extend another night just because the train was booked up. Otherwise same review as before: Big room, big fridge, balcony, not soundproof, good aircon, very good housekeeping (left free water bottles at door when Do not disturb sign out), in a second row building off busy main road, gym, laundry room, Donut Café (does do breakfast too), close to airport, 30 min walk to old town/3 kings. BEWARE: they ask for a deposit at check-in. There was no-one at my 7am check-out and as this was only hotel in Thailand requesting a deposit I remembered too late. Was already on the train. Contacted reception. They can only pay into Thai account. Which tourist has this? I was also told that I should have made them aware of my early check-out time for them to have everything ready. Apparently the reception times are posted everywhere… As a reception member had arranged my early taxi pick-up I would have expected the reception team to be aware? I also talked to same reception member the day before leaving and nothing was mentioned then either. So after some email ping-pong I gave my deposit as tip to housekeeping. What else could I do? Not impressed by reception staff. However, there was a young girl who used her Grab app to order me a ride. Thank you again for that! I would not stay again due to location being too far away from my points of interests. And obviously now the deposit debacle added a sour taste too.

Great convenient location, just off the main road making for a quiet stay. Basic very large room with all the necessities needed. Will stay again.

Great staff and a great location.
This is a really pleasant guesthouse to stay. I was there for a week and found the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect - halfway between the old city and the more trendy Nimmanhaemin. For anyone looking for a short term place to stay in Chiang Mai, The Dome is a really good choice.

Not worth the money. Staying a bit out thought might be better. Rent a house or condo. Not worth the money . Bed was not comfortable, very noisy

The Dome is a very nice hotel in a good location. It is a clean hotel and has a very inexpensive cafe in the lobby that is very good and reasonable. I am confident recommending this hotel to others.

Good
We stayed 3 nights here to be close to the Nimman hood with out breaking our budget. It’s a good hotel with decent WiFi, comfortable enough bed and washing machines for 30thb. Only down side is that there isn’t really anything around the hotel and you have to walk 2-3 blocks and across a busy road to get to 7-11 or restaurants.

Accueil pénible et non souriant... Ça s’est replacé un peu avec les jours. Mauvais départ: sur 6 nuitées, nos 2 premières étaient dans un lit simple au lieu d’un double. Le wifi au 4e étage ne fonctionne pas bien. Au 3e, c’est un peu mieux, puis au lobby, c’est mieux. La section des douches a besoin d’un nettoyage en profondeur. Pour d’excellents déjeuners, rendez-vous à 2 minutes de marche - Le Brunch - c’est sur un rue parallèle. Attention: chantier de construction devant l’hôtel.

Nice place, convenient location, elevator, Small basic room but clean and comfortable. No frills but has more than needed. The lobby has a comfortable hang out area and a breakfast cafe. The room WiFi is slow but lobby is good.

OK plus
Better than just OK. Clean rooms. good AC, lift, English TV channels, wifi OK, and I like the area. Close enough to Nimman area but some nice restaurants close by. Small House Kafe is a fun bar nearby.

ROOMY ROOM
Quite satisfied for a 3 night stay. A large room room suitable for short or long stay accommodation. The room came with a walk in shower, sofa, large balcony with a sink, a comfortable bed, decent size fridge, English TV news media including CNN and BBC along with with European and Asian Channels. Plenty of car-park space if you have a vehicle. Breakfast is minimal but the coffee is nice and the price is right. The room would be near perfect for long stay with a table and chairs on the balcony, a microwave oven and a short support table in the room to place one's suitcase.

Prima hotel en ligt op loop afstand van een groot winkel centrum. Verder is het fijn mocht je moeten vliegen vanaf Chiang Mai. Dat is een kwartiertje rijden. Personeel van de receptie kan redelijk goed engels. Ontbijt was bij ons niet inbegrepen maar wel erg lekker. Schone kamers, groot ook!

Good for a short stay
Furnishings are clean. Everything works. You'll need to walk 5 minutes to the nearest 7 11. Note you're in a condo hotel. Mixture of short term and long term residents.

This is a quiet neighborhood but also walking distance to Niemanhaemin area. There are some great restaurants close by. The Kad Suan Kaew Mall has a Topps Food store with a good selection of international products. Huay Kaew Road has taxis and tuk tuks easily available. The Dome has a great location at a good price.

Value for money on the whole
Hotel good value for money though annoying when they tried to charge for a dirty tiwek that only needed washing (in fact what they tried to charge would easily gave bought a new towel. Never stayed in a hotel before where they display a list for any further if soiled items.)
