편히 잘 쉬었습니다.
시설 관리상태 및 청결상태 종업원들의 접객 태도 모두 훌륭 하였는데 위치가 좁은 골목 안에 있어서 차량 이용이 조금 불편했음.

가격대비 괜찮았습니다. 조식도 괜찮고 직원들 친절함도 좋았습니다. 다만 방음시설이 약하고 저희 방만 그런진 몰라도 샤워기 앞부분이 물이 새서 수압이 약했습니다. 이러한 점을 제외한다면 가격대비 만족합니다.

호텔에서 3일동안 후에성 후에역까지 강따라 걸어 갈수 있어 너무 좋았고 호텔 바로 인근에 주말에는 워킹스트리트가 있고 많은 레스토랑과 술집이 있어 분위기가 여행객들이 저녁시간을 보내기 너무 좋았으며 저렴한 숙박비에 비해 객실이 너무 깨끗 하고 불편한 점도 없었으며 소음이 전혀 없었고 직원 친절하였으며 블랙퍼스트 완벽하였슴

여행자 거리, 야시장과 가깝고 각종 투어 회사와도 가까워 편리했다. 가격대비 시설도 괜찮은 편이었고 직원들도 친절하다. 조식도 그렇고 전반적으로 무난했다.

다소 외진곳에 위치하나 가격대비 만족
후에 특성상 관광목적으로 호텔에 오래 숙박할게 아니라면 가성비가 좋은 호텔인듯 합니다. 약간 외진 곳에 있으나 특별히 치안상의 위험을 느끼지는 못했고, 가족 특히 자녀 2명이상 포함시 객실이 작아서 어려울 수 있습니다. 다만, 1층의 레스토랑의 경우 트립어드바이저에서 후에 음식점중 2위란 점과 직원들이 모두 친절하다는 점이 호텔의 장점이 될 수 있을 듯 합니다.

엉터리 픽업서비스
다른 부분들은 가격대비 약간 뛰어난 서비스를 제공합니다만 픽업서비스가 안습이었어요. 전 다낭에서 기차로 후에에 도착하여 호텔 픽업서비스를 신청하였는데 호텔차량이 아니라 택시로 픽업을 해주더군요. 무료라면 그럴려니 하겠지만 유료로.. 그것도 실제 택시비보다 2배도 더 받으면서.. 숙소 예약후 Lihn 이 자꾸 메일을 보내며 친절히 굴어 신청했었는데 배신을 당한 느낌이었어요. 그래서 제가 너흰 항상 택시로 픽업을 해주냐고 물으니까 때때로 그렇게 한다고 하네요. 혹시 픽업 요청하실 분은 호텔차량 여부 확인하시고 신청하세요. 후에에는 그랩이 거의 없다고 보시면 되지만 택시는 엄청 많으니 참고하세요.

By the way, we would like to explain about pick up service from train station to make future guests understand about us. Our price is 4 USD to pick up from train station to the hotel by TAXI. Actually, the cost of taxi is approximate 3 USD (60,000 VND) and we only charge 1 USD for service charge. Our staff will be at arrival gate with the welcome board and wait for you until train arrives. There are many guests in our hotel took taxi by themselves, driver brought them around the city to get more money. This is the big scam with tourist that's why we have to offer pick up service. We believe that our price is reasonable and not over-rated. If you could had let us know this earlier, we have explained to make you understand clearly. 리셉션이 굉장이 친절해요!
위치는 골목쪽에 있지만, 대부분 택시기사들이 잘 알아서 위치 찾기에는 큰 어려움이 없었습니다. 가격대비 룸 컨디션도 매우 깔끔하고 괜찮았습니다. 그중에서도 리셉션의 친절도는 정말 수준이상이었습니다. 왕궁투어예약은 물론이고, 기차예매까지 친절히 도와주어서 짧은 후에에서의 추억을 풍요롭게 만들어주었습니다. 후에에 머무르실 계획이 있으시다면 추천합니다.

개인 여행자가 공항부터 혼자 찾아오기에는 좀 힘들것같으나 호텔 픽업서비스 이용하여 편하게 왔어요. 룸 상태 깨끗하고 침구류도 새것이라 좋구요. 관리 잘 되고 있는듯 해요. 조식은 주문식인데 음식마은 괜찮아요. 리조트 부페식을 기대하심 안되시구요. 위치. 청결도. 만족입니다.

작지만 강한 호텔
허름한 골목길로 들어설때까지만 해도 불안불안 했는데.. 호텔이라기엔 좀 작은 숙소였다. 뭐 특별할 거 없는 숙소였지만, 참 친절한 호텔 직원들과, 작지만 깨끗한 룸과 화장실, 그리고 화려하진 않지만 맛있는 식당이 있어서 좋았다. 가격대비 좋은 룸과 식사를 원한다면 추천하고 싶은 곳이다.

골목속에 있어 직접찾기 가기에는 에매한 위치. 직원들은 진철함. 객실시설은 기대이상. 주위에 맛집이 몇개 있슴. 아침식사는 그저그런 수준.

Clean and Nice!
I visited there with my friends and it was very pleasant stay in Hue city. The hotel was clean and all the staffs were very kind to us. I will stay at this hotel next time if I go to Hue again:)

작지만 충분히 가치가 있는 호텔
청소년 아들 두명을 포함해 4명이 2층에 있는family room을 이용했다. 가기 전에는 혹시 좁으면 어쩌나 걱정을 했었는데 방은 아주 넓고 깨끗했다. 호텔에서 걸어서 왕궁도 다니고 동바시장도 가고 식사때도 주위에 갈곳도 많았고 2박을 아주 기분좋게 지냈다. 1층 레스토랑 베트남음식 세트도 아주 맛났고 무엇보다 베스트는 친절한 직원이었다.

새롭게 생긴 호텔에 맞는 깨끗함과 편리함
호텔 직원의 친절도와 호텔 시설, 상태, 편안함은 4성급 못지 않게 좋았다. 다만, 객실앞 복도에서 2차례나 배를 위로하고 누워있는 큼지막한 바퀴벌레 때문에 놓랐다. 그리고, kiet 42번지 도로를 따라서 100여 미터 들어가 있는 위치가 흠이라면 최소한의 흠일 듯 하다.

객실 청결도, 편안함, 호텔 시설 및 아침식사 모두 만점
일반적으로 베트남 내이 호텔에서 가격을 고려하여 5점을 준다는 것은 쉽지 않은 일이지만, 이곳은 당연히 5점을 받아도 당연하다고 느꼈다. 객실 청결도, 편안함, 호텔 직원의 친절함과 아침식사, 세탁 서비스까지 모두 마음에 들었다. 물론, 풀장이나 여러 유틸리티를 기대하는 사람은 이런 곳과는 맞지 않는다. 이만한 가격에 이정도의 4성급 버금가는 서비스를 받을 수 있는 호텔은 그리 많지 않을 것 같다. 매우 만족한다.

It was great time at the Hue Serene Palace Hotel. Room was big and clean. The stafves were very kind. Also breakfast was delicious. I want to recommened the hotel. It was close with the night market.

Gem in the hidden alley
Staffs are so kind that I would definitely go back to this hotel if I visit Hue again. Breakfast was superb, many things to choose from and room was extremely clean.

ツアー出発が朝食提供時間前だったのですが、当日朝我々の姿を見てフロントの人が気を利かせてくれて、フライングで準備のできたものからご提供いただけ大変ありがたかったです。このへんのおもてなし感が、このホテルの良いところだと思います。 あと、他のレビューにもありますが、ホテル前の道路がもともと狭くかつ路駐があったりして、クルマを呼ぶのに気を遣います。私たちは少し歩いて太めの道路で呼ぶようにしてました。ただもちろん呼べないことはありません。またホテル前の道は夜非常に暗いのですが、治安上の不安はありませんでした。トータルで非常に満足感が高かったです。

Excellent stay. Super friendly staff, particularly the affable gentleman in his 30s who worked nights. Prime area of the city. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Recommended without hesitation. The transport they booked for us was cheaper than Grab and our driver had a fancy car and spoke English well.

I love the staff working there as they are very helpful and had great customer service. I don’t like room and the bed linen….they are not as cleaned. I saw stains and hair on my bed sheet. In addition, the water drain was plugged up and I see that they probably have plumbing drainage issues that they need to figure out to resolve it.

Basic but clean hotel with very friendly staff. Furniture is a little dated and simple, repetitive breakfast, but a cost-effective and comfortable place to stay in Hue.

This is a gem of a hotel with some of the friendliest staff we met in Vietnam . Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We ate in the restaurant for the 3 nights we were there as very few places open due to the coronavirus restrictions but we really pleased by the delicious food and the choice offered. I would certainly have no hessitation at staying here again.

This hotel is wonderful! The staff is amazing, really sweet, and helpful. The room was large and spacious with a nice balcony and city view. The bed was super comfortable. Their restaurant had amazing food. We ate almost every meal there. I can highly recommend this hotel.
