신투어리스트 옆이라 선택했어요. 저렴한 가격에 기대가 크지 않았는데... 웰컴 과일부터 다른호텔과 차이가 나서 놀랐습니다. 직원분들은 매우 친절하시고 시설은 세월의 흔적이 있지만 관리가 잘 되어 있어요. 호텔 조식은 가짓 수가 많은 편은 아니지만 신경써서 만들어 졌고 맛도 좋아요. 베트남 여행 중 최고로 만족스러운 호텔이었어요.

We were group of 4 people and booked a family room. We were very happy staying 2days here. Breakfast was great and place was tidy. All the staffs were very frendily and nice. We were very satisfied with everythng...we definetely want to stay here next time if we have a chance.

아담하지만 알찬
스텝 모두가 친절했고 조식 먹는 식당은 아주 좁았지만 있을 건 다 있었습니다. 특히 다양한 과일이 많아서 좋았습니다. 잘 때 에어컨 소리인지 냉장고 소리인지가 조금 큰 거 빼고는 전체적으로 괜찮았습니다. 위치도 여행자 거리와 가까워 이동이 편리했습니다. 무엇보다 어떻게든 도와주려는 스텝들의 모습이 매우 인상적인 곳이었습니다.

The Orchid Hotel was a great place to stay. The front desk staff were very helpful, especially Emma. There were several complimentary items in the room that really came in handy. We enjoyed our stay and will visit again.

Wonderful staff: friendly, helpful. Breakfasts were very good. Hotel is a bit old, but charming. Located in a neighborhood with lots of bars and discotheques, whose DJs competed to see who had the best amps. Hotel not very soundproof. Great place for young people who like that type of action.

From a high floor the view was exciting especially at night. Room was large with a Jacuzzi. Breakfast was tasty and unlimited and not buffet style as they served us at our table. Staff was very friendly and helpful specially Emma and Kaity. Many dining options nearby.

到着時にウェルカムフルーツ・ジュースの提供があり、ホテルの利用や観光について丁寧に説明してくれました。 その際、紙に分かり易く書いてくれたため英語が得意でない私達でもしっかり理解できてありがたかったです。 その後も何かと声をかけてくれて、快適に過ごせるよう心を砕いてくれて感謝です。 特にレセプションのEmmaさんの対応が素晴らしかったです。 惜しむらくは、近所のお店の重低音が夕方6時過ぎから朝7時ごろまでずっと響いていることです。部屋に用意されている耳栓などではとても防ぐことはできない煩さ。幸い私達はあまり気にせず眠れましたが、気になる方は眠れないかもしれません。実は表通りの方がそういった重低音は無いので、気になる方は各階の1号室（201や301など）をお願いするといいでしょう。 時々見かける「お湯がでなかった」という口コミは、おそらく明かりのスイッチのそばにある「HOT」のスイッチの入れ忘れかと思います。私も1日目は入れ忘れてぬるい水のシャワーでしたが、「HOT」を入れるとちゃんとずっと熱いお湯が出ます。 重低音以外はとても素晴らしいホテルだと思います。次回もフエに行ったらこのホテルに泊まると思います。

Very clean, comfortable, well appointed hotel. Small and personable. Good location, walkable to all the main sites. We were there for the opening ceremonies for their reunification day. Lots of local cultures and festivities. The breakfast was homemade, to your preference. They provided a tour of the city with a wonderful tour guide, Ruby. I highly recommend.

The Purple Orchid hotel is located in the heart of old town Hue- within walking distance of the market and Imperial City. The hotel has good amenities like air conditioners and free water/coffee in room. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location and great staff
The staff is so helpful and kind. When we arrived, Lin sat with us and showed us where the sites were and asked if we needed help setting anything up. Lin set up two sight seeing trips and both were awesome. We needed laundry done and it came back in less than 6 hours. In the morning, Lin and Ruby were cheerful and started our day with a smile.

The Orchid is a small hotel providing modest comforts - the room was very comfortable and quiet, a relaxing space to return to after a day's outing; the hotel is well positioned for easy walking to numerous restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, and to the river and over the bridge to the market and Citadel. The stand-out feature is the brilliant staff - enthusiastic, welcoming, friendly and ready to help with anything you need. We enjoyed our 4 days in Hue, all thanks to the wonderful staff at the Orchid Hotel.

Das Personal (u.a. Viet Anh und Linh) war durchweg sehr freundlich. Bei meiner Ankunft ca 13 Uhr wurde ich direkt eingeladen, mit ihnen zusammen zu essen. Ich bekam ein Upgrade auf ein Familienzimmer auf dem 6. Stock mit Balkon. Das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und der Wasserdruck war etwas niedrig , was mich wegen der einen Nacht aber nicht störte. Da ich an einem Freitag da war, wurde die Straße abends für Durchgangsverkehr gesperrt. So konnte man in den Bars/Restaurants in direkter Umgebung entspannt sitzen, aber hatte abends auch den Lärm.

Chambres sobres. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Le personnel est correct. Mais la citadelle est un peu éloignée (40mn a pied). 70 000 dong en taxi (en fait 35 000 mais comme on est touriste). Possibles visites avec l'hotel (un peu cher mais en cette période, on a eu la chance d'acceder a tous les sites). Donc séjour plutôt satisfaisant.

This hotel was conveniently located with many dining options. The staff was friendly and helpful. The loud music in the bars across the street until midnight made for a difficult sleep but this is not the fault of the hotel.

Its quite central Hue for foreigners and tourists. I was solo and only stayed one night at this location during the tet new year so lots of businesses and shops were closed during this time of the year. This is my second time in Hue so this was a different experience but i like staying in this area for convenience.

The location was excellent and the staff all superb. When we had a problem with a cancelled train they sorted us out very quickly with alternative transport. I cannot recommend the Orchid Hotel highly enough

The location was good.
First of all, we were allocated Room701. It was a kids' playroom. There was a completely round bed and beside it was a bath without any curtains nor a door. I don't know what kind of people except a teenager couple. We asked for another room which was next door. It was OK, but the corners of the room was dusty. The receptionist was Okay except that she was too eager to book a tour for us, which we found later was much more expensive than booking at a travel agency near by.
