Matt was very friendly and helpful making us feel very welcome and his cellar door recommendations were great. The unit was spacious and clean. WiFi in room would have been useful for us. Such a great location for visiting vineyards and seeing Kangaroos.

We enjoyed our stay here at H Boutique Hotel.The accommodations were perfect The property manager was very friendly and gave us great recommendations on places to visit and dine. We would highly recommend this location.

Clean and tidy property. Central location in Hunter Valley close to all major wineries. Just don’t stay there when there is a heat wave as the air conditioning is not adequate.

Loved this hotel! The room was clean,spacious and just looked gorgeous! We even got to see the kangaroos as they hopped past our room,then watched in awe as they stopped to eat - was an amazing sight!! Highly recommend!

Comfy (seriously, those pillows were awesome), had just what we needed for an overnight stay. LOVED watching kangaroo hop by! Only wish the rooms had wifi.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. The room was clean and comfortable without being too spacious. You do need to travel a few KMs for shopping, restaurants etc. Overall good for a few nites stay.

At first I liked the hotel then I tried to have a shower and it almost flooded the entire bathroom from the terrible drainage and poorly designed bathroom. I ended up having to use all of the towels to make a barrier for anyone else having a shower. Staff were amazing and friendly and very accommodating to extra towels and blankets, and we liked the Fat cow store but would probably not stay here again.

This was our second visit to H Boutique and again we found it friendly, super comfy and easy. The cafe next door had great toasties and good coffee. We’ll definitely be back.

A very pleasant stay.
Wonderful stay. Peaceful but a close drive to many wineries, restaurants and shops. Even had a mother kangaroo and its Joey right outside our door munching on their breakfast.

Gorgeous grounds, lovely apartment, very well equipped. Very smart and modern. Comfortable bed, fabulous bathroom, loads of hot water. Staff lovely. Very short walk (5mins) out of the back gate to a great wood fired pizza restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

If you aske, they'll bring a BBQ to yiur villa, we had steak and salad both.nights and splyrged on our lunch. Bed qas beautiful, shower was hot with good pressure, villa was lovely with an AMAZING view and a gas fireplace. We watched the hotair balloons both mornings.The staff were amazing, big call out to Matt and Daniel, they were both so welcoming and helpful and also make the best coffee. Thank you for having us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The staff were lovely from reception to barista who gave us a free coffee because we had two little children and we were up and off before 8:30am ❤️

Big thanks to Matt and the owners for providing a lovely place to stay in the Hunter Valley. Super close to places like Roche Estate and The Hunter Valley Gardens, you can spend the day exploring, and come back to a comfy and cosy villa. Definitely recommended to the discerning traveller!
