My TV kept searching off and on for 2 days asked for it to be fixed if possible. No help asked to be moved to another room since all the other rooms TV's were working fine was told their were no rooms open when half the place was vacant . I was very patient for 21/2days but on the third day it went to searching form 1pm til I went and asked to be moved at 11pm still no help trying to fix the situation so I turned it off watched my phone and checked out the next morning. Very poor customer service

When I checked in at 2 something the lady was very rude and no where on the online booking did they say there is a 100 charge for if u take something r tare up the place.i tried to explain to her where does it say online bout the charge she she didn't know n I could leave but will not get a refund.And on top of that she charged $120 instead of the $100. on the other hand the Hispanic lady In morning was very nice n apologized for the other one at check in

Booked a non-smoking room. All I could smell was cigarettes. Just paid for the 1 day reservation fee and moved to another place to live.

There were roaches in the bathroom and on the counter around the sink and the blanket on the bed had cigarette burn holes in it.

Other guests were loud. Housekeeping came in at 9a came back again at 10 telling me I had 15 mins to get out.

J’ai réservé deux semaines en avance une chambre non-fumeur et la jourude mon arrivé il n’y a pas de chambre non-fumeur de libre. Le cable fonctionne à peine deux minutes puis s’arrête. Le plancher suinte l’humidité et les murs sont ouverts à certains endroits, donc insectes parfois présent dans la salle de bain.

This hotel is absolutely horrible! Upon arrival they had to switch my room because half the hotel didn’t have hot water. Then as soon as I got in my room I seen roaches. The next day we got up thinking we were gonna get a good breakfast well nope they said they only had coffee smh even though their website says they have breakfast. Over half their employees don’t speak english so on the day I put the do not disturb sign on the door they kept on knocking. I would not stay here again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it either

Typical budget motel quality, nothing exceptional (although hilarious to see Porsche and Land Rover dealers next door!). But no staff to be found at office at checkout -- I ended up leaving keys and getting no receipt after 15 minutes of waiting and searching for staff.

Muy mal servicio por parte de la recepción y yo pague por un cuarto de no fumadores y me dieron lo contrario que por qué no tenían si no tienen por qué ponen que si ahí disponibles cuartos de no fumadores el cuarto que me dieron olía mucho a sigarrillo
