Friendly and helpful staff. Sheets were clean but the carpet in room has seen better days… stains everywhere… I wore socks the entire time as I was hesitant to walk around barefoot. Supposedly no smoking but cigarette butts everywhere. Nice that they have a gym! Took a look. Appeared to be well equipped and clean.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was “meh”. My husband isn’t picky but didn’t care for the eggs etc. There wasn’t any fresh fruit. The bed were clean but the curtains were tattered and torn. There was a big hole at the bottom of the tub. No water pressure. The tv didn’t have a guide. When you pressed the guide button it wouldn’t show what was playing. Only numbers. There were grown men standing outside the building cussing and smoking and drinking. I’m glad I wasn’t by myself at this hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Beds were updated and very comfortable. A complete hot breakfast. Eggs, 2 different sausages, toast, bagels, sausage gravy and biscuits, waffles, cereal etc all hot and fresh. Staff helpful

Do NOT Stay at this location! Found bugs in in the picture behind the glass. Toilet flushed VERY slow. The door hummed when the wind blew. Parking lot could have been cleaner. Very Slow elevator. Place just did not look clean. I was afraid to sleep on the mattress because I was not sure if there were bed bugs. Do yourself a favor and stay some place else.

Very good stay.
It was very good except accessing the lobby. You cannot access within the building. You have to go out in the cold or if it is raining you access the lobby. Pillows were pretty lumpy. The parking was bad for pickup truck.

Not somewhere I would recommend.
Staff and location are great, but the room was in a terrible state. Holes in walls. Air conditioner screen was caked with dirt. Bed was clean and bug free, otherwise we would have stayed elsewhere.

This was a family sports trip. The staff and the service were amazing and very accommodating but the room itself was dated and needed some updates like grime free bath/shower and a working shower head. Our room was in front of the truck-free parking area but truck owners warmed up their trucks at 5:00am. There were rules but nobody to enforce them.

Stay was okay
Had 4 ice makers but only 1 of them worked! The safety locking latch on the door was broken and the screws were loose so it wasn't secure. Honestly felt like a ghost town because I didn't any other tenants. Just workers. Maybe 2 of them

Use as the last resort.
It is in a very bad neighborhood. The rooms are small but nice. But there was a lot of pot smell outside of the room. They do not have complimentary coffee. And to get to the lobby. You have to walk over a 100 yd if you're on the far end.

Lee, thank you for your comments. I plan to speak with Housekeeping to find out why they failed to leave the required regular and decaf coffee beside the coffee maker in your room. Because the hotel is so large and spread out, it can be a bit of a walk for guests staying in rooms towards the back to enjoy the complimentary coffee that's available 24 hours a day in the hotel lobby. If the distance is an issue, guests are welcome to request a room closer to the front.
