The rooms in this property is in need to a refurbishment and the restaurant for breakfast needs a new coffee machine. But when it comes to the hotel staff you cannot fault them. We had a minor complaint after our check in and the staff did everything in their power to make sure we had all we needed and where happy for the rest of our stay. The team truly made our stay and I would come again knowing I'll be well taken care of. Thank you for making our stay memorable

Very good and professional staff. Rooms in bad conditions, minibar not working, broken hand washing basin. The beach is about 15 minutes walking from the hotel. No continental breakfast available, but only libanese food.

Great Place
Was lovely experience.. Warm and professional reception. Clean place and health measures are perfect. All needed arrangements to protect guests has been taken. Friendly staff and great location. The beach little far but and shared with other hotels but still not that crowded.

Für uns war es absolut ideal. Nur mit Frühstück und abends in verschiedenen Restaurants super essen. Es liegt etwas ausserhalb, womit man auch schon früh Ruhe hat, verglichen zu Hotels im unteren Bereich El Gounas. Absolut sicher.

Schönes Hotel, tolles Personal! Ruhige Lage
Das standard Doppelzimmer mit Poolblick kann ich wirklich empfehlen! Sehr sauber und schön. WLAN ist in jedem Zimmer vorhanden, allerdings nur im Poolbereich und Restaurant kostenlos. Ein Zimmer auf die Poolseite erhöht jedoch die Chance auf Empfang der kostenlosen Version auch im Zimmer. Das Hotel ist etwas abseits der Marina, wo die meiste (nächtliche) Aktivität stattfindet. Für den Schlaf ist das sicher vorteilhaft, wer abends noch etwas trinken möchte muss ca. 10 min Fußweg einplanen.

Très bien placé pour le kite.
Venus pour faire du kite. L'hôtel est idéalement placé par rapports aux centres de kite et offre en plus la possibilité de prendre une navette gratuite toutes les 1/2heures matin et soir.

La location del Mosaique di Gouna e' perfetta. E' affacciato sulla marina, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, comunque vicina alla downtown di negozi e ristoranti, e a pochi passi degli spot di kitesurfing. Personale sorridente e gentile. La mia camera (de luxe) era spaziosa e pulita, pratica e accogliente. Dove c'e' da lavorare e' ... in cucina. Sia la cena del venerdì' che la colazione del sabato sono state sottotono, sia per la varieta' dei piatti che per la loro qualità'. So che il cliente italiano e' esigente quando si parla di cibo, ma siccome il Mosaique e' veramente ben tenuto e accogliente, e' un peccato avere la cucina non all'altezza del resto. Tornerò' probabilmente al Mosaique, ma non prenoterò' più' la mezza pensione. Decisamente meglio una pizza o una piatto di pesce in downtown. Mosaïque has a perfect location in Gouna, in front of Gouna's Marina. The area is peaceful & quiet, still very close to downtown's stores and restaurants (few minutes driving). I love its location because it's very close to kitesurfing spots. Hotel's attendants were extremely kind & smiling. My room (de luxe) was clean, wide & functional. Where Mosaique could definitely improve is ... the kitchen. Both Friday's dinner and Saturday's breakfast had a limited variety of food, and its quality was below expectations. Italian customers are demanding, but as Mosaique is really a nice place to stay, if they improve the kitchen they'll be great. I'll be back, but no half board anymore.

Nice little hotel
Overall a great week. The staff are friendly and efficient and fixed the problems with our air conditioning and safe very quickly. The hotel is on the marina and close to a few bars and a private beach which is free to guests.

Good hotel with awesome location
Good hotel and great location. Breakfast was good and staff were mostly friendly. Air conditioning in the room was a bit poor. The view from the room was fantastic and serviced well. Definitely worth the money.

Ruhiges Hotel in Fußdistanz zu den Kite-Stationen
Wer ein gut gelegenes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und nicht den ganz großen Luxus sucht, der ist im Mosaique sicherlich gut aufgehoben. Wir waren bereits zuvor einmal dort und kommen vermutlich auch wieder. Das Essen ist hervorragend, die Sauberkeit ist nicht immer und für jeden "pingeligen" Deutschen optimal, aber ok.

Worst service
Overall service was terrible. Had few issues with the hotel, staff was knocking on the door at 4am, also very rude and the invasive. Spoke to the manager to deal with it and he didn't have the courtesy to follow up. Even though it's a nice location, I wouldn't stay there again, there are plenty of neighbouring hotels.

Super ophold med god service hele ugen. Personalet er hjælpsomme og meget venlige. Maden i aften buffeten er en smule kedelig efter 5 dage - men alt i alt et rigtig dejligt sted. Poolen er lidt kølig (november)

i had the ambassador suite. the service, minibar, room provisions were basic at best. you have to adjust your expectations to Egypt standards. But staff was polite, and as helpful as they could be. The hotel was clean and tidy.

Kleines nettes Hotel, ideal für Kiter
Das Hotel ist sehr übersichtlich und hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Für ein Hotel in Ägypten ist es sauber aber man darf nicht die Details genau ansehen. EIn Sofa total abgesessen und aufgerissen mit Farbspritzer vom letzten Ausmalen, da muss man einfach ein Handtuch drüber werfen. Das Restaurant ist gut und das Frühstück typisch ägyptisch, aber ausreichend. Die Managerin ist sehr nett, das Personal auch. Die Lage ist für Kiter ideal, in 5 Min zu Fuss bei der Kitepower Station. Der Pool ist sauber und erfrischend. Ich würde wieder kommen, obwohl meine Gesamtbewertung nicht so hoch ist, das liegt aber daran dass Hotels in Ägypten generell nicht unserem europäischen Vorstellungen entsprechen.
