1a Lage in der Lagunenstadt El Gouna. Besonders bemerkenswert ist, dass das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam ist und jederzeit den besten Service bietet. Große Speisenauswahl von schweizerisch über italienisch bis orientalisch lässt keine Wünsche offen. Schöne Poollandschaft und abwechslungsreiches Animationsprogramm, vor allem für Kinder. Dank des "Dine Around El Gouna"-Programms kann man auch in anderen Hotels und Restaurants als dem eigenen zu Abend essen. Hier und da könnten Möbel ausgetauscht werden, zum Beispiel im großen Restaurant. Allgemein kann man aber sagen, dass das Hotel auffallend gut in Schuss gehalten wird. Immer wird irgendwo gewerkelt, gegärtnert oder geputzt. Wir waren super zufrieden!

I loved it there, even though it was a short stay, reception and staff were friendly amd the room was always clean and tidy. The private beach was wonderful as well.

The visit was nice in general, the place is nice, services is nice it could be better like the bathroom wasn't wiped once in 3 nights, it was clean not wiped unless ask. Dinner doesnt have much of variety, ywt they responded to do a request for dessert which we appreciate. Generally they miss small things like some food was leftover and lemon was not covered. Just small things that makes them better. Over all it was nicem

The property and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. I wish the pool would have stayed open later as it always closed around 5pm. We arrived on the evening of my daughter's birthday and the manager at the restaurant through together a beautiful cake. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay great!!!

Die Anlage ist äußerlich sehr gepflegt und vielleicht eine der schönsten in El Gouna (Garten, Wege, Grünanlage, Sauberkeit). Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr bemüht, manchmal könnte die Koordination etwas liebevoller sein sonst hat das Frühstück/Mittag/Abendessen etwas von einfacher Kantine und Abfertigung. Das Essen ist in Ordnung und jeder findet etwas für seinen Geschmack - allerdings ist die Darbietung, wenig Event-Kochen etwas lieblos und einfach. Das ist in anderen Hotels etwas abwechslungsreicher. Die Anlagen Toiletten und Sanitär unmd Pool sind unzureichend, veraltet und in schlechten Zustand und deutlich schlechter als der Rest des Hotels. Das Sportangebot hat uns sehr gut Gefallen und wir haben es intensiv genutzt. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt aber wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

Great hotel for families with young kids. Quite and safe. We were upgraded to a sea view room. The food in the buffet was excellent and varied each night. The staff from the reception to the gardeners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. We will definitely be back to El Gouna and Movenpick.

Leider hat derTransfer vom Hotel am Flughafen nicht geklappt. Die Auskunft war um 12h in der Lobby und Abfahrt . Sie liessen mich einfach sitzen , bis ich mich nach einer halben Stunde nachfragte wo mein Transfer bleibe , danach wollten sie ihn 2mal einkassieren , also schlecht organisiert.

Loved the stay. Shame about the taxi prices once youre in. You feel trapped. Taxi drivers more than happy to take you anywhere for 10 dollars. Hotel charge you 20 for a taxi miminum

Great hotel
Great location in El Gouna. Hotel offers scuba diving and kite surfing, both are very good. Pool area is nice. Fixed price tuk tuk to the rest of El Gouna. Good breakfast buffet. Recommend a room with sea view (high floor). Staff English knowledge is limited.

Room is good, well furnished food is good the view is amazing hotel is so quiet no activities to do at the hotel, you have to rent a boat for snorkeling or diving or book safari, this is the only activity you can do. number of staff is too little to serve too many guests.

We both got sick from this filthy dirty hotel that should get - star. Food is reheated from previous days, dirty hotel unsafe to be inhibited by humans. They should clean disinfect and learn their dummies how to handle food.
