Exquisite palace and wonderful service
Wonderful stay at the beautiful palace. Top class service. Nothing is too much trouble for each and every staff member. Personalised and bespoke service. Highly recommended place to stay whilst in Hyderabad.

It was the best stay we have had in India so far in our 30 years of travelling. What made it outstanding was its simple elegance of the guest rooms and the grandeur of the main palace was well maintained and kept. It was a surreal experience to be enjoyed, savoured and repeated for sure. The staff were extremely kind and took care of all our needs and beyond. If you feel you need to celebrate or simply thank yourself for being you , stay here to be royalty and be treated like one.

Rediscover old world charm
We had the most amazing stay at the Taj Falaknuma Palace. The staff constantly went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were taken care of, besides surprising us with unexpected little extras every day. It was the most relaxing stay we have had in years, and I hope we will be able to visit again some time in the future.

Once i arrived on the property, everyone in the staff were extremely polite and accommodating. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and make me comfortable. The customer service is excellent either at the onsite restaurants or for any room related services. However, before arriving on the the property I made several calls and this accommodating nature of the staff did not come through during the conversations which is very unfortunate because overall the staff and management exceeded my expectations and I have not seen this at any other hotels I stayed. Advice to the property is to train the staff to be more flexible and accommodating for customer calls before they arrive on the property. I especially want to thank the manager of the property MA Qayyum and the duty manager Mohammad Aabid and the other staff at the reception and restaurant staff for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

This beautiful location on a hill over looking Hyderabad had wonderful room and staff. The swimming pool was in the most gorgeous setting overlooking the palace. I highly recommend a visit. I went back for a second stay as I loved it so much. The staff was very attentive. Turn down service included a bath with rose petals. The food was excellent in the restaurant.

The hotel is on top oh a hill overlooking the city. It is beautiful with a wonderful pool. The food was excellent and so was the service.

This was a unique experience in being queen for a day. The service was extraordinary and my friend and I enjoyed a wonderful night. Should have booked at least one more. The staff went out of their way to take care of us. For instance, we inquired the night before about the yoga class the next morning. At the time of the class, they sent someone to our room to walk us to the class. High tea was delicious with excellent service. I wish we would have stayed longer to enjoy some of the guests-only parts of the palace.

Experience Royalty
Just an amazing 5 star experience. The attention to detail and willingness to serve and make your stay more comfortable and your experience more enjoyable is palpable. The grand welcome chariot ride, showering with rose petals, stress free check-in, spacious rooms with plenty of character, grand and luxurious bathroom, serene and lush green courtyards, soulful Qawwali, grand furniture and decor from the Victorian era, wide array of delectable Nizami dishes in the dinner, inexhaustible range of breakfast options done to perfection and a final touch of graceful gratitude from the restaurant manager are all thoroughly recommended. In short, experience Royalty !

The property is outstanding!! We had a wonderful stay.. Amazing hospitality.. The palace has been beautifully restored and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the live Qawalli performance in the evenings and walking in the palace lawns.

Such beautiful surroundings and the staff cannot do enough for you. The welcome ceremony is beautiful and fun. Service in the restaurants is quite slow and a coffee shop serving light lunches more quickly would be appreciated. Otherwise, perfect.

A beautiful property lovingly restored by the Taj Group and full of history and character. A good choice if you are keen to learn about the culture and history of Hyderabad and the Nizams. The staff of the hotel are amazing, Indian and Taj service levels are quite something else. In particular, I must acknowledge the wonderful F&B staff led by Pabithra and Nasir - two absolutely great gentlemen who know how to make a visit and meal truly memorable.

My wife and I stayed at Falaknuma Place Dec 10&11 as we were traveling thru Vizag and Hyderabad on a leisure trip. We heard about this property thru our research and decided to experience the hospitality, service and other Palace amenities. This is a great place for indoor and outdoor photography. The backgrounds are terrific. Falaknuma Palace provides the high level of hospitality you would expect at a Taj Luxury Group of Hotels. one must plan to stay for atleast 2 days min to get the most out of this place. We expect to go stay at this property again in the future when we visit Hyderabad.

Simply spectacular experience
What an amazing experience we had at the Taj Falaknuma Palace Hotel. From the second you set foot in their premises, you can sense they want to make it very special for you, and the hospitality is above and beyond. The welcome with the horse carriage, the drink and rose petals shower, everything was truly enjoyable. The building itself, beyond its history, is spectacular. The different courtyards and garden areas are gorgeous. Our package included dinner at Celeste and the restaurant manager was incredibly kind and accommodating, we had a superb dinner with no restrictions. Next day for High Tea they made sure that our special occasion celebration was beyond what we ever imagined. The special tour for guests is definitely a must (we did both, the resident and the non-resident with friends who visited the next day) From the first welcome to the last good bye and all the time along the way, everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and attentive. We stayed at the Golkonda suite, which is a very nice room and has breathtaking views. However I must point out that it's not suitable for those sensible to noise, as over the night there is constant city traffic noise and call to prayer from surrounding mosques was loud all night long. The quiet rooms in the courtyards seemed so appealing the next morning! The farewell gifts were a lovely touch that we will treasure forever. A truly remarkable experience that we will want to repeat for sure.
