Good location it is an old building just near the old airport so you can't think this is 5 starrs wellknow hotel. it is just fine to stay as a biz trip. Breakfast is good and meals service is good. People are nice

This used to be a nice hotel many years ago. There’s no maintenance now. Looks like a run down hotel. Horrible experience.

Property doesnt looks same how it is showing very old infrastructure most unhygienic place . Food is worst - I got black shirt button in vada - I still kept photograph . We are on tight schedule , Govt team must inspect such property condition and food quality

Good Property but has very poor maintenance. The bathroom drain outlet was blocked and even after complaining they did not repair it. Ultimately next day shifted to another room. The gym is not functional.

Very very bad and terrible hotel for the rate
Its time now for the hotel management to decide whether to keep it or to demolish and reconstruct with decent infrastructure. Everything in this hotel must be replaced. Lets keep it simple this way.

Over all very bad experience Front desk staff behavior unprofessional and rude. As of show room and hotel pictures just opposite like old , dirty, zero maintenance. I told about the cleaning and ac isn’t working on front desk they said talk to hotel.com. I’m frequently traveling but this is worst hotel I ever seen I went there 12:30pm and they gave us room 5:30 after changing 5 times room and after all this room unclean and without amenities.

I am surprised the hotel shows up as 5 stars in google search. It’s not even a 1 star. The bathrooms are dilapidated and the linens and sheets are dirty. The food in the complimentary breakfast is surprisingly ok though.

Worst hotel. Do not recommend.
It is worse than a motel.There is no hygiene. All used cups and plates kept on on the carridors. And it looks been laying for hours. Some basica like toilet paper, soapbar , hand soap is not prasent.

We reached the hotel at 2:30 pm. The room was not ready. We booked a club house room with king bed but the front desk said all rooms with king bed are occupied and said they would give us a room with double beds. We said okay and took the room. The room was dirty and there were no towels in the room and we had to call the room service 5 times and they brought it after 30 mins. The washroom was not cleaned properly. We checkout within an hour and went for a better hotel. You really need to maintain the hotel if you want to stay in business, thank you.

Don’t let pictures fool you. My room was not ready when I reached there at 6:00pm even though check in was at 2:00pm. Staff was busy ani took 20 mins to entertain us. Rooms are old, dull and unclean. Restaurant dinner is not worth the price.

Used sheets were used for bedding. The staff didn’t even bother to change the sheets while giving a room. The cushion sofa chair was dusty and had marks. Lot of small cockroaches in the room, hand soap holder was rusty. The bedding is not clean. No microwave, iron , facial tissues in the room. I wonder why it’s given a 5 star hotel rating.

very very bad.
I did not stay at the hotel coz i found service to b very very bad the travel desk person had confirmed me to pick me up from the station but he did not come, i had to manage self to reach the hotel. hotel did not had Air conditioner working instead they offered me a fan when i refuted they offered me one more fan and they did not had entire hotel functioning, i was offered room on ground floor where there was no sun light, no ventilation in absence of A/c. overall i found myself stuck in a bad situation as it was lockdown i could not find a cab to shift to another hotel after an hour i managed to find a cab after several request.

Please avoid if possible. Hotel is in a terrible shape with mosquitoes and bed bugs. Not worth the price they are asking

It's a Fraud. Its either hotel or Expedia. 2019 October I have booked a room in this hotel for my mom, wife and 1-year-old son through Expedia. Due to some flight delay, they reached the hotel at 10:00 PM with the itinerary print out. But the hotel management said there is no room booked. When I called Expedia customer care they called the hotel to refund the amount but the hotel refused to return the amount. It's Expedia's responsibility to refund my money back but this critical issue. I was using Expedia from a long time after this incident I stopped using Expedia and recommend to my family and friends to NOT to use any of the Expedia services. My family suffered badly that night to find another hotel on that day night.
