시설은 넓지만 침대는 작음
4명숙박 1실을 잡았는데 방은 넓지만 침대가 싱글침대2개라 4명이 자기에는 부족합니다. 위치는 클럽에서는 멀기때문에 택시를 이용해야되고, 주변 식당들은 많습니다. 카운터 서비스는 괜찮습니다.

Nice hotel, friendly staff very helpful , clean. Pool bar food is just ok. . Taxis were a bit of a nightmare to get even when hotel rang them took ages to come. Overall great time great value and would definitely recommend

Basic, in need of update.
The hotel is very basic, it has two fairly large pools but with limited sun beds- it was mostly possible to get one in the morning as I think most people were asleep. The rooms are very basic but spacious with a spacious balcony. The hotel as a whole was very dated and in need of some TLC, whilst the pool water seemed clean the pool had lots of tiles coming lose on the floor and the floor around the pool was filthy. In the room ceilings and doors were damaged and the bathtub stained yellow. Bed linen was clean and replaced 3 x a week. Unfortunately the towels were pretty horrible and even when they were replaced 3x the replacements often looked dirtier than the ones they'd replaced! The staff were friendly and the restaurant on site was basic. There are some nice restaurants nearby though. (Try Relish just around the corner) I wouldn't stay here again, for the cost it's just not worth it- it really needs a refresh.

Average Apartments
Reception staff lovely but self catering room facilities inadequate. Pools ok, but of the approx 30 plastix sunbeds, only eight were usable - the rest were completely broken.Room facilities - No electric kettle, only old fashioned teapot for boiling on the hob - average boiling time 20 mins & had to reserve a toaster 3 days in advance & pay 10 Euro deposit on it - they only have a minimal number to go around. These items should be provided automatically in any self catering apartments. Room (studio) fairly spacious & kept clean.

Leuk hotel via Expedia geboekt
Een leuk hotel, zeker gezien de prijs. Het ligt in een leuke en gezellige straat en het mooie strand is vlakbij. Wij waren er in het voorseizoen, dus het was iets rustiger maar toch gezellig. Het personeel is vriendelijk en de service snel. Toen we problemen hadden met de electriciteit, was het personeel bijna nog sneller terplaatse dan ik na melden bij de receptie (top). Dat zijn we zeker in Spanje ook wel eens anders gewend. De laatste dag vlogen we vroeg in de avond maar konden die dag nog gewoon gebruik maken van het zwembad etc.

Pleasant stay - A bit far from everything
Well, located a bit far from everything... If you do not mind, you can walk the nice 4,5 km. distance along the Bay to the Town center with all the bars and restaurants. The beach does not belong to the best in this world but I suspect, that they shall all be cleaned up, to welcome tourists in the peak season. My stay at Blue Star was very pleasant.. Very pleasant and helpful staff (Good looking too :-)). Only things missing are free WiFi and a few TV-Channells other than ONLY spanish ones.

We stayed one night at Blue Star and it was clean and tidy and rooms were spacious with a balcony. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel has limited parking. The only down side was that you had to purchase wifi for €5.00 per 24 hrs ( and it didn't always work for 24hrs). The hotel is not in walking distance to the "nice" beach which is on the other side of the bay. You would need to drive to the good beach or walk for a good 30 min. There is a beach just down the street form hotel but it's not the greatest for swimming. The hotel was fairly quiet but as Ibiza is a party place expect noisy guests coming and going at all hours and possibly waking you.

This hotel is fantastic for the money. The pool is great, the staff are amazing. Location is fab! Only negative is the rooms bed is uncomfortable more like a sofa bed now actual bed. But for the price can't grumble.

Nice location..
Beware airport bus will not stop you at Hotel Riviera. Nice location but didn't get complete facilities like TV, extract hood etc. Lady at the reception was very helpful but it seems lack of staff... Bus service is good but you have to walk either of one side of travel (one way road)..

hotel appartamenti nella norma per chi non si aspetta nulla di che....in zona piena di locali ma che dopo la 1 si svuota velocemente e si può dormire tranquillamente!! qualche inglese magari la notte che schiamazza e se ne va....negli hotel dipende sempre da che clienti ci capitano nello stesso periodo! comunque in linea di massima hotel buono......limitato in cucina ma si poteva cucinare un po tutto!

Cheap and cheerful.
This was a decent effort of a hotel. I was with friends and price was decent, so we didn't mind. However, I wouldn't stay here with the family, I would look for somewhere with better facilities. The negatives were that firstly the AC has a sensory system which will shut the AC a door or window is open, we only found out about this in the last night! Tv was old and didn't work. Mattresses were old and poor quality. Staff are friendly and as helpful as can. The beach is so close too!l Even with the negative points, I would recommend this hotel (if the price is right!) and would stay again.

Hotel standard. Bien por el precio.
La mayor ventaja fue que el departamento era amplio y con cocina completa. Está un poco alejado del centro de San Antonio. El hotel solo tiene parking para 3 o 4 autos. Hay un parking público a la vuelta pero en algunos momentos estaba completo y tuvimos que buscar por otro lado.

Good place to stop
Good apartments. Easy to get to the water taxi and quite a few nice restaurants around it. Great price. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious. Would stay here again :)

Cucina ottimamente attrezzata, stesso dicasi per il bagno (dove manca soltanto la dotazione di shampoo/bagno-schiuma) con vasca e bidet. Balcone con 2 sedie e tavolino. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. A disposizione degli ospiti ben 2 piscine + una terza per i bambini, lettini, un bar, biliardi, bazar, distributori automatici di sigarette, di ticket per i trasporti. Parcheggio gratuito

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (Deutsch, Spanisch und Englisch sprachig). Die Lage ist gut, Zimmer zum Teil mit begrenztem Meerblick. Allerdings sind die Zimmer zum Teil renovierungsbedürftig (Lattenrost war durchgebrochen), altes Sofa. Im Großen und Ganzen aber ok für den Preis. Das Hotel ist ausreichend zum Schlafen, bietet aber keine besondere Wohlfühlatmosphäre und ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

We had a studio which overlooked the road and enjoyed the sun all day long. The one and two bedded rooms appeared to be at the back, overlooking the pool, but only got direct sunlight very late in the day. The rooms and facilities are good, it's just the inconsiderate guests who spoil it for those who don't just go to Ibiza to stay out all night and get drunk! The apartments are situated in amongst bars, entertainment facilities and restaurants and there is a bus that operates every hour to the town centre of San Antonio. There is also a good supermarket virtually opposite the apartments.

Sehr freundliches Personal; Zimmerausstattung und -Größe stimmte; Sauberkeit ok! Wenn man hier im April Urlaub macht, dann wäre ein Auto von Vorteil. Fast alle Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte auf der Straße hatten hier nämlich noch geschlossen und der Strand hinter dem Hotel ist nicht sehr schön.

Pleasant stay
Had a very pleasant stay. Smooth check in even though we arrived late at midnight. Simpy loved our rooms. Everything was perfect from kitchen to bedrooms. Loved the balcony view. Beach is just 5 min walk, plenty of restaurant and bars which opens till late nights. Hotel staffs from reception to bar area were helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful chat with Gabby in reception, what a lovely lady. Will definitely return to this apartment.

We stayed as a family group- the lady on reception could not have been more welcoming or friendly. The hotel and neighbourhood felt safe in general. The room and pool area were clean, however I found the bed a little hard and extra blankets would have been good.

Such a nice surprise.
The bed settee's are fine if you are a young teenager but not if you are getting a wee bit older. We stayed in the room next to the bar which is ground floor and which had it's advantages as my husband was recovering from an operation and has difficulty walking. The only thing is the noise if you wanted a quiet few hours during the day as the music plays all the time, but to be fair they were very good and turned it down when we went in and put more soothing songs on, so really we can't complain to much. The staff were all excellent and nothing was to much trouble. We would definitely book again for next year but a few weeks earlier and with our friends who unfortunately had to cancel as she was rushed into hospital very poorly, otherwise a brilliant holiday and very good apartments.

La habitación muy limpia no estaba, la cama era un sofa cama y una de ellas el colchón una goma espuma que se te clavaban todas las tablas, para nada recomendable, las sabanas muy desgastadas y rotas. Teníamos contratado Wifi y televisión y ni una cosa ni la otra. Se pidió una y otra vez pero la respuesta siempre fueron muy buenas palabras pero nunca llego la solución.

Charmant hotel
J'ai réservé trois jours dans cet hotel qui propose des appartements avec terrasse. Nous sommes venus en famille et avons pris deux studios que j'ai trouvé assez spacieux, avec un espace cuisine (plaques, micro-ondes) et une salle de bain avec baignoire. J'ai trouvé l'ensemble relativement propre, et le style de l'hotel plutot sympas. En bas on peux trouver un espace avec deux piscines, un petit bassin et transats. Des billards et autres jeux sont à disposition. L'hotel en sois est plutôt pas mal mais c'est le personnel que j'ai trouvé très sympas et disponible. Ils ont toujours le sourire et nous on offert un accueil irréprochable. S'il manque quelquechose il suffit de leur en faire la demande. Ne surtout pas hésiter à demander. Le seul truc que j'ai trouvé bof, c'est l'offre d'accès à internet qui est chère et qui fonctionne selon les envies. Au 3eme etage on captait pas toujours bien. 1€ la demi heure, 5€ les 4 heures, 20€ 2 jours 40 pour la quinzaine je crois... Mais une fois connecté le compteur demarre et ne s'arrêtera pas meme si vous n'utilisez pas. Vous devrez faire vos 4 heures d'un seul trait par exemple. Ça a l'air d'être le même service dans tous les hotels. Sinon parking gratuit, beaucoup de commerces à proximité, la vie y est très très abordable je trouve. Prévoir une location de voiture à l'avance pour aller vers des plages plus belles que cala de bou. Globalement satisfait. Bon rapport qualité/prix. J'y retournerais. Saïd

Superb Valur for money!
Perfect for a clubbing type holiday brilliant staff and not far from the main strip (€9 taxi ride) room is standard but had a good view and was clean beds were pretty comfortable!

l’hôtel est très bien . La situation est parfaite dans une rue très vivante ... les appartements sont très spacieux et les services de l’hôtel sont très bien . Le personnel est super . La proximité de la mer est aussi un atout et c'est très facile pour prendre les bateaux-taxis . Les piscines sont également très agréable . Nous y retournerons

Hemos estado 6 días. Y la verdad es que ja sido inmejorable . A 100 metros de cala bou por ambos lados del hotel, zona tranquila por la noche, nosotros que hemos ido con los crios lo valoramos para repetir.

Alles schoon. Harde bedden. Stoppen springen eruit als je meer dan 1 kookplaat aanzet. Airco doet het maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd. Kaartje voor slot vd deur 10 keer erin voordat hij op groen gaat. Weinig gezinnen met kinderen. Veel groepen jonge mensen om te feesten. Geluidsoverlast als ze vroeg in de morgen terug komen uit de clubs.

Please don't go here.
I had the misfortune to stay at Apart Blue Star in June this year. I could write an essay but i will cut it short to get to the point of why you should not get a room here. List of things that were not working in our room: Towels provided were both visibly dirty and some had holes in them Shower was not working properly as one element (switch between tub water & shower water) was broken, and looked like it had been broken for ages Toilet seat was broken Bed was very uncomfortable Kitchen was in terrible conditions, especially the hob Air conditioning was not working and the room was actually very cold all the time Swipe card mechanism to turn on the lights in the room - this was never working and when it was, it was only after trying to take out and re insert the key twenty times. About the hotel itself: Visibly dirty. The highlight were some chips that had been dropped on the stairs to the apartments one day and were still there three days later No hairdryer in the room. When I asked for it i was given a faulty one. When asking for a replacement, I was told that another girl was using the hairdryer at that moment. That happened twice in 3 days On the penultimate day of our stay we decided to sleep somewhere else around the island for one night, so we brought our suitcases with us but left food and creams in the room. Upon our return, everything was gone and the key changed. We had to argue for 1h with the staff about this and ended up getting a refund.

Très très bon accueil, chambre confortable et l'impression globales est très satisfaisante compte tenu du prix. Les 2 points à améliorer serait les chambres pas très bien insonorisées (surement difficile en haute saison) et le manque d'équipement de la kitchenette pour les repas, mais en demandant ce qui manque à l'accueil, vous obtenez presque tout ! Ménage fait 3 fois dans la semaine, draps changés 1 fois. Bref, un bon plan !

Friendly staff and clean hotel. Great views from 3rd floor. Stayed in May and not too noisy although q little noise at nights when people coming in. Went with wife and 4 yr old.
