Enjoyed staying there!
It was very close to the beach(5 mins) and I was able to walk to Usuaia(15mins). Bus stops were also very close and the staffs were friendly. I would def recommend to others. But one thing strange was that the shower tap water was salty.

Good apartment in a great central location in Ibiza close to party district. There were a few issues with the apartment, the bedroom door didn’t close and the flush did not work properly, the handy man came a day later to fix it. The WiFi also didn’t work for a couple of days. All in all, for Ibiza it’s good value for money, considering the location.

Great place to stay
Nice hotel, perfect location. Staff nice and helpful. Clean apartment. Pool area nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. We had a problem with one of the AC units in our room, which was leaking, it was inspected immediately and we were given a decent fan as a replacement until it was repaired the following day.

Great location and friendly/helpful staff. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and the superclubs. Rooms are clean, but can tell the building is older and has a bit of a musty smell. The rooms are also definitely not soundproof.

The sower did not work well, as the water was or burning or freezing, and there were a couple of ligths that did not work. For that reaseon the ilumination to cook in the kitchen was very poor and cooking at night was very difficult. Anyways we did like the place.

Posizione ottima . Troppi ragazzini che fanno casino a tutte le ore della notte. Le pulizie anche se giornaliere? Superficiali ( sotto il letto a divano c’era uno schifo assurdo comprese sigarette e bottiglia li’ da chissà quando). Receptionist molto carine e cordiali. Pros: The property is close to the beaches and walking distance to the major beach clubs. Cons: The property, including the surrounding area is a bit run down. Given we booked four rooms, they kept all our rooms in the older of the two properties. We had mutiple issues including later than the 3pm check in, bathroom leaks and toilet issues. The rooms did not look anything like the pictures and the third bed was just a sofa bed. Suggestion: Might make sense to book further into the island where the area is nicer and taxi it to the clubs instead.

Room was lovely with lots of space. Very modern and clean. Great area as walking distance to Bora Bora. Staff were great and very helpful. Bad points was air con settings weren’t great so didn’t really cool room down. Lighting in room was modern but quiet dull so could only get ready in bathroom. An easy 9/10.

Great location. Our room was pretty big with a balcony which was nice. The rooms are pretty quiet - we never heard anyone. If you want to be close to hi, Bora Bora and Ushuaïa this is a pretty good location

First time in Ibiza. This place is perfect location right by all the action, close to the beach, popular night clubs. Service was outstanding. Hannah was our host at the hotel and she made us feel right at home. She did everything she could to meet our requests. She gave us some good info to help us get around the island. It was nice to see her smiling face each time we made it back to the hotel. Only thing is the hotel room itself was a lil shabby. Only half of a shower door left water on the floor, of course. And thankfully we had 2 AC units in our room because one of them didn't work. And the food there was just eh. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The lady who checked us in and out was very unfriendly and rude. There was no bell boy and we had to carry our suitcases over two flights of stairs. I have a fractured wrist and when we asked for help with my suitcase, the gentleman working there did not seem very pleased to help. Our telephone did not work so we had no access to the reception and lastly we had a major ant problem which was eventually taken care off by the hotel staff but there was no apology for the inconvenience. Borderline one of the worse experiences I have even had.

Honestly it was a great hotel considering the price we paid. Location was amazing, pool amazing. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Everything is in walking distance! 10/10 recommend. Only thing was check in area was confusing but our cab dropped us off at a weird spot so that might just be us.

The apartment was situated in other building from reception, no trouble but confusing when arrive. swimmingpool better at this part of the hotel with cafe and breakfast possibility. Terasse was big and nice, except for not cleaned floor. The building was not at all sound insulated why you could not sleep without ear plugs in the night. I had asked in reservation for a top floor apartment, but they gave me not so I had some guests upstairs with a terrible noice form the chairs, walking, speaking etc. Everyting else was just good and enjoyable. Visit other beaches along the island and also one island near Eivissa and you get paradise water, beaches and restaurant services.

Top Hotel, Great Location.
Stayed three nights, would definitely stay again. Rooms were spot on, pool and facilities all good. Best feature is definitely the location. So close to everything, without being in the middle of it so no worries about being too loud or anything else. Only minor issue was there wasn't a great view from the balcony, facing out on a side street, but knowing this next time may be able to request different. Would definitely recommend though, given the quality of the hotel for the price. Excellent.

Great Location
Good hotel in the heart of the action with shops nearby. Rooms are newly refurbished and are clean and comfortable. Aircon is very good and has a small kitchen should you wish to prepare any food. Little extras like fresh bottled water would be a great addition. If your looking for a reasonable hotel at a reasonable price then you should definitely consider this hotel.

Good value for money
Nice renovated apartments in central of Playa D’en Bossa. Stayed with 2 friends and our apartment accommodated all 3 of us with enough space including a living room area with a sofa bed and a bedroom with 2 beds. Nice bar area downstairs. The only down side was the smell of sewage which was quite prominent outside the hotel and it lingered in the bathroom when you flushed with toilet. The smell wasn’t noticeable during the first few hours of our stay but became stronger throughout. I’m not sure if this is the faults of the hotel or just Ibiza itself but it lets the hotel down considerably which is a shame. The hotel could also do with lifts as you have to take your suitcase to your room yourself via stairs with none of the staff members willing to help. Aside from that I would recommend these apartments.

Home close to the beach. In Front of Swag Club.
It was a greatfull time with my friends. The Aparthotel is very beautiful and modern. You can cook by yourself and you have all there to do that. Thanks a lot to the Rezeption workers for giving us some Informations about the best places to get eat or other things.

Good hotel at a relatively budget price. The rooms have been refurbed to a good standard with a contemporary style with new kitchenette and bathroom. You can still identify the old room behind the newly painted walls but overall the rooms and hotel feel very updated. Nice touches such as LED lighting, dark decoration, modern fixtures and materials finish the rooms off nicely giving a luxury boutique feel at a budget price. The hotel is in an excellent location if you want central Playa d'en Bossa, very close to the nightlife and the airport. The hotel is also quiet giving the opportunity to retreat for some good rest between the partying of Ibiza. I would recommend the hotel to young groups & couples and also families alike with a confined rear pool and card accessed front entrance. Only down sides was that for my 4 day stay my air con unit was not working properly, which meant the room wouldn't cool properly, very annoying in 27 degree heat. I did report it to reception and they said they would send someone to look at it the next day but it seems no one visited as the air con remained useless for my full stay. I had to resort in opening the front and back doors of the apartment to try and cool the apartment down. On top of this i also noticed two quite large cockroaches scurrying around in the entrance hall but if anyone knows Ibiza, these critters seem to be common place. All in all i would definitely return to the hotel again for another stay.
