Séjour Ibiza
Problème de réservation avec hotel.com l’hôtel demande un acompte (1ere nuitée) sauf que hotel.com ne donne pas les coordonnées bancaires donc l’hôtel veut annuler. Heureusement que j’étais déjà dans les environs, je me suis déplacée moi même pour régler. J’avais déjà eu ce problème l’année dernière avec d’autres prestataires. La veille de mon arrivée, une annulation pure et simple d’une réservation faite 6 mois plus tôt et le plaisir de se retrouver dans des hôtels beaucoup moins bien. Sinon, il manque un peu de vaisselle, pas de passoire et de couteau pour éplucher. La propreté du sol est à revoir lors de l’arrivée. Il reste des cheveux et des miettes au sol des précédents vacanciers. La propreté de la piscine est également à améliorer.

Lovely self catering apartment. Very nice location and weather superb. The area of ibiza is a bit all inclusive so there was not much choice in way of restaurants in the small village/town as it seems most eat at their all inclusive hotel. Very friendly staff, very clean, nice pool etc - I would recommend. One small issue was that the air con was in the kids bedroom area (living room) and there was no air con unit in the adult bedroom - kids were very cool, we were baking ...

Ficamos num dos apartamentos renovados. Reservamos um estúdio para 3 e quando chegámos fizeram um upgrade para o apartamento. Excelentes condições e exactamente como nas fotos. A piscina de cima tem uma vista linda sobre a praia e esta aberta ate as 21h. A outra piscina aberta ate as 19h. Cozinhamos no apartamento e tem todas as comodidades. Excelente chuveiro. O colaborador que nos receber, Miguel, foi muito simpático e prestaveis do melhores que já nos recebeu em hoteia. Existe noites temáticas e será uma sitio a voltar :)

Une nuit à Puerto San Miguel
La ville de Puerto de San Miguel n'est pas super esthétique. Elle est constituée d'Hôtel et de commerce construits de manière anarchique et peu esthétique. Le complexe hôtelier est plutôt ancien. Les chambres sont disséminées dans une sorte de quartier en pente sans beaucoup d'indication. Pénible à ce repérer quand on ne reste qu'un jour. C était bon marché mais nécessite un rafraichissement général. Pour être plus attractif. Pas fait pour les handicapés! Pas loin d'une plage intéressante

I was extremely excited to visit Ibiza, but after a few seconds as this hotel, that excitement transformed to dread and misery. Immediately, my stay turned sour upon check-in, solely due to the worst reception I have ever received at a hotel. A man, I unfortunately did not get his name due to anger and a desire to leave ASAP, with a tattoo on his arm, black hair, and glasses, greeted us with hostility and terrible etiquette. After a long bus ride from the airport to the property, instead of being welcomed, he was rude and aggressive. The facility itself is nothing like what the pictures show, but undeniably, the worst aspect of this property is the service and hospitality (or lack thereof). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the pools are antiquated, the food is bland, and worst of all, they belittle you and treat you like garbage. That receptionist single handedly ruined an entire weekend for me and my family with his gross attitude.

El alojamiento estaba sucio, abrimos un armario buscando sábanas para el sofá cama, que no nos proporcionaron, y estaba lleno de telarañas. El mobiliario era antiguo, en las fotos aparecen solo los de los renovados. Estaban muy deteriorados. Hacía olor a tabaco cuando entrabas al apartamento. No volveremos.

Los apartamentos renovados valen la pena
Nos dieron un upgrade, cosa que agradecemos mucho. El precio era muy caro para el tipo de apartamento que reservamos. Vistas bonitas. Lastima que había obras por un complejo que están construyendo y el ruido comenzó bastante temprano.

En un principio nos dieron un apartamento que no se parecía a las fotos que yo había visto, olía los armarios a viejo.. el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido horrible y las vistas no eran para nada al mar como aparecen en las fotos. Pedimos que nos cambiaran a un apartamento con vistas al mar, tuvimos que pagar,aparte de los impuestos que no estaban incluidos en el precio, 24€ más por 3 noches con vistas como las que aparecen en las fotos de la página

Cómodo, aceptable relación calidad/precio, bien si
Apartamento cómodo, con buenas vistas, bastante cercano a la playa y con parking gratis cercano. Se echa de menos m jor provisión de elementos de cocina (aunque el apartamento es de dos personas podría haber más platos, cubiertos, etc.) para hacer más cómoda la preparación y la toma de las comidas.

Very nice hotel to stay with family
This hotel is mostly for families. There is every evening prepared program for children and families. Hotel is very cosy, clean and the stuff was very friendly. We enjoyed the to stay there and it will not make problem to us go there again.

La struttura si presenta molto carina all'esterno, le camere sono pulite e in ordine anche se non tanto moderne. Non è presente il Wi-fi in camera ma solo negli spazi comuni (piscina,bar)

The walls are very thin so we could hear everything going on around us. They have nightly entertainment until about 11PM so don't plan on trying to sleep before then. We were exhausted from many hours of traveling and we kept getting disturbed by the DJ and party at the pool.

We enjoyed the majority of our stay. The apartment was a good size, and was kept clean through out our stay. The only issue we had was we were right under the pool & every morning at 7am we were woken by the cleaning staff cleaning around the pool, which involved dragging sun beds & the mop bucket along the floor (which sounded like someone pulling a big suitcase over a cobbled Street) I found this very annoying and very unessesery. I know the pool area had to be cleaned and it was good that they were doing it, but at 7am each morning ??

Посетили данный отель с 03.10. по 14.10.17. Отель расположен на склоне невысокой горы в тихой бухте со своим небольшим песчаным пляжем с прозрачной и теплой водой (ездили по всему острову, есть с чем сравнить). Дно слегка каменистое, но не критично, заходить было удобно. Глубина начинается примерно с 3-х метров. На пляже платные зонтики и лежаки (1+1=12 евро), ходят представители африканского континента с "бусами". Температура воды на наш взгляд была в районе +23. Температура воздуха к обеду достигала +30. С утра солнце появлялось на пляже с 09:30 и уходило примерно к 18:00. Отель простенький без изысков, оптимальный вариант для бюджетного отдыха. Если требуется место для ночевки и готовки, то это сюда. Единственный минус, что он построен на большой территории на нескольких уровнях, в результате чего, найти свой номер без помощи затруднительно (мы искали минут 30). В отеле два бассейна, бар и столовая где питаются те, у кого все включено. Постояльцы в основном семьи из Англии и Германии, для них вечерами устраивают шоу. Идеальный вариант брать машину, можно на месте в отеле или в прокатных конторах, их в городке две. Брали Рено 208 МКПП, 6000 пробега, обошлась в 382 евро за 10 дней со всеми страховками и без блокировки на карте. В городке есть небольшие продуктовые, сувенирные магазины и несколько кафе и ресторанов. Изучение города заняло один день. Остальное время катались по острову. В октябре в номере было влажно, возможно из-за перепада температур ночью и днем.

Good hotel, well located.
We were looking for something affordable next to San Miguel beach and this hotel definitely fits the bill. Staff were helpful and the rooms were clean, but fairly basic. The buffet breakfast was fine, but definitely nothing to write home about.

The apartment we rented was very nice - quite modern feel to it and a good view over the bay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use any of the pools on site but had a look and they seemed nice enough. Only downside was the sound in the corridor running alongside the apartment echoed if anyone was nearby and sounded like they were in the bedroom.
