We arrived late and was greeted well. The key was not working. We had to go and get the clerk at the desk. The clerk opened our door but we never received a key! The lock at the door was not working. My husband were cold and there was no blankets in the room. The soap container in the shower was empty. It wasn’t the cleanest place. Hair in the bathroom. Shower curtains are the worst contaminers.

Room safe did not work, asked for reset/fix but receptionist (light haired girl) looked at it, grunted, heard nothing more, so had to carry around passports wallets valuables..a real pain when competing in Aquathlon worlds. Black out curtains were old and hanging down at one end so bright light at 5am. Curtains old and covered in dust, hit back of throat when disturbed, probably never cleaned since installation. Hotel tired and room/bathroom scruffy. There was NO off street parking within 164ft as quoted on Expedia, none designated to Hotel so misleading. The only parking was to find a space on the streets. The restaurant is only a breakfast room, no other meals served. Breakfast was ok. Pool area and bar were nice. Clean sheets and towels every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, apart from the light haired girl. Get what you pay for I guess, probably would find somewhere better next time.

Hôtel très bien placé , possibilité de se garer dans les rues autour . Personnel aimable et bonne propreté . Par contre nous sommes très déçus car c était soi disant un hôtel où on peut venir avec son animal et on paye un supplément pour cela ce qui est normal mais on ne peut pas le laisser en Chambre ni l emmener au petit déjeuner ni à la piscine donc du coup nous n avons en Rien profité des équipements de l hôtel ! Ni pu petit déjeuner en amoureux . C était pourtant un petit bébé chien très sage et propre de 4kg que je transporte en sac . Dommage ! Pas d Isolation phonique , Pas de wifi dans la chambre et la seule chaîne Tv française ne fonctionnait pas . …

Basic but clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely little pool, clean and well maintained, free sun loungers. Decor a bit dated and faded, but comfortable beds and clean. Would be nice to have a kettle in the room. Air conditioning was a relief. We had a lovely stay, no complaints. Perfect for a no frills central stay, easy you get you beach and shops & restaurants.

This is a lovely little hotel, spotlessly clean with warm & friendly staff. If you want bells & whistles this isn't for you, it's basic but perfectly adequate with a lovely pool, plenty of sunbeds & its a five minute walk from everything.

Wonderful Time Had By All
We stayed at this hotel because of a family wedding. 2 generations of us had booked in, 8 of us in all. We felt that the hotel represented very good value for money. Free wifi, air conditioned rooms and the maid service was excellent. All members of staff were very helpful and courteous. We made use of the pool each day and felt very comfortable. We chose to eat breakfast on the sea front which is only a 5 minute walk, if that and had a few evening meals on the sea front too. We stayed in May when there were no school holidays so the hotel wasn't full and the resort wasn't too busy. We could well return for future family reunions.

Het ligging van dit hotel is perfect. In een rustige wijk, dichtbij het busstation en je loopt in 5 minuten naar de boulevard. Het personeel is super aardig. Ontbijt was prima, wat eenvoudig maar voor deze prijs niks te klagen.

Vrij goedkoop hotel wat zich vertaald in het ontbreken van koffie/thee voorziening, koelkastje, lift, wifi en airo: sommige van deze faciliteiten zijn met extra bijbetalen of helemaal niet aanwezig Zwembad beperkt open, foto van acc is niet reëel... Wij waren erg laat met boeken, dus dan ben je blij dat er nog iets vrij is. Locatie is prima, het plaatsje is echt een aanrader!! 1 tip (die wij zelf eerst weg wuifde) huur een auto Busvervoer is goed geregeld maar met een auto heb je meer bewegingsvrijheid

Geen lift aanwezig, Prima zwembad, simpel ontbijt (koude beleg, niks warm. Wel wisseling in fruit, cakejes e.d.) verder prima te doen voor een weekje. kamer simpel maar lekker met airco. Erg gehorig, wij hoorde alles van de gang en hadden een verkeersweg achter ons, ondanks dat wel prima geslapen, goede zachte bedden. Auto gehuurd en daarmee veel op pad geweest, grote parkeerplaats ( bij centre salut) waat we de auto altijd wel kwijt konden.

Simple clean accommodation. No frills. Everything within 5 minutes easy walk. Building work being carried out across the road overlooking the pool during the day sadly which was annoying.

Piacevole , hotel situato in un ottima posizione a Sant Eulària de rio ma tanti aspetti negativi : hotel datato e non troppo pulito , senza ascensore con Wi-Fi a pagamento ,cassaforte a pagamento nonostante sia un servizio dell hotel che appare gratuito . Per usufruire del televisore e del condizionatore ti obbligano ad una cauzione di euro venti per i telecomandi ( apparentemente servizi inclusi anche questo ultimi) . Prezzo nel complesso buono .

Great location, public transport only a few metres away, great restaurants on your doorstep. Rooms are basic, could do with a 'rewamp' . We had a lovely stay, despite the weather this Easter.

Good location, clean room
Lovely room. Friendly staff. Didn’t realise there wasn’t a lift so asked to change rooms to a lower floor which they did no problem. We decided to order a kettle for €20 which was fine. But had to keep asking for coffee milk and sugar which they didn’t seem happy about even though the advert said refills were included. Breakfast was ok. Had hot croissants on day 1 then just cold pastries. There was quite a lot given choice though to be fair. The location however was brilliant. Just a short walk from the harbour and beach and town. There was a street of restaurants that came alive in the evening and it was literally 2 minutes away. Pool was clean and tidy. Open 11-19. This was also bar opening times. I feel the bar should have been open longer

Another great stay
This hotel is rated at 2 star but I feel that is far too low.... yes it's basic but it is clean, quiet, decent breakfast and above all the staff can't to enough for you. This is my second stay here in 5 months and already planning to come back in May with 2 other family members. Certainly a great stay and couldn't ask for anything more.

Aufenthalt war zufriedenstellend, bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig. Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug. Zimmer im 3. Stock daher nur mühevoll erreichbar.

Hotel in rustige wijk en overal dichtbij.
Hotel in rustige wijk. Terrasjes, restaurants, busstation en strand op loopafstand ( 5 minuten). Goed en gevarieerd ontbijt. Zeker gezien het minimale bedrag van 5 Euro. Meer mag je hiervoor niet verwachten. Vriendelijk personeel. Minpuntje: ietwat gedateerde en gehorige kamer (althans onze kamer). Verder prima hotel voor acceptabele prijs.

For the money this is a great choice.
Close to the town, the marina and the beach this small hotel is great for the money. It offers a very inexpensive way to stay in a great part of the island. We arrived late and were still welcomed warmly and offered guidance as to where would still be open for a pint. The room was fine, the air con worked well and the pool was clean & quiet. For a cheap base near everything then I don't think you can go wrong...

Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding
Het hotel ligt op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen van het strand en de boulevard. Het personeel aan de receptie is ontzettend vriendelijk. Het hotel is enorm basic, maar op zich is dat te verwachten voor de prijs die je betaald. Wel elke dag schone handdoeken en schoonmaak, dat is zeker een pluspunt. Het ontbijt is echt niet veel bijzonders, wel elke dag wat vers fruit. Helaas geen goede koffie. Overall is het hotel ok voor de prijs die je betaald en men doet echt zijn/haar best het je naar de zin te maken.

Superb stay
This was a stay with a mate for a week. All we wanted was a basic quiet hotel to rest our heads. This was perfect. Room cleaned every day. Good basic breakfast. The lady receptionist was just lovely and so helpful with good recommendations for food. Hotel was generally quiet both inside and out. Easy walk to the town and the beach areas. I would certainly use here again

Degelijk hotel op goede locatie
Hotel is wat gedateerd, maar schoon en goed onderhouden. Bedden liggen heerlijk, kamer is ruim. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ligging is perfect voor de prijs. In een paar minuten wandel je naar het centrum/ strand. Parkeren in de straat is lastig, maar op een kleine 5 minuten lopen is een gratis parkeerterrein waar genoeg plek is. Wij zouden dit hotel zo weer boeken!
