Waanzinnige locatie en hotel! In een van de mooiste baaitjes van het eiland! Gelegen in het ruigere noorden van Ibiza. Kamers, service, ontbijt, uitcheck tijd en opfris mogelijkheid na uitchecken ( eigen kamer ) zijn een groot pluspunt! Op zoek naar modern 5 sterren relaxen in ibiza stijl hotel met geweldige faciliteiten.. boeken!

It is far from being a 5 stars hotel - more like a 3.5. The service and the friendliness was terrible. You never felt welcome. The only reason I would not give it a lower rating was because of the location of the hotel - on the beach. I would go back to the beach another time but would not stay at this hotel

Best hotel in this region
The best hotel in the Cala San Vicent region. The reception staff is super friendly, the hotel reception & rooms are quite modern & new, and the proximity to the beach is wonderful. Only downside was the service at the restaurant. It is a bit inconsistent and our orders were not always correct but we still recommend this hotel!

zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel uitgebreid ochtendbuffet zeer goed restaurant! prachtig uitzicht mijn dochter was jarig, er werd gezongen bij het ontbijt, ze kreeg cava en macarons op de kamer. er is een afgesloten parking met code - in de kamers zijn geen producten, zakdoeken, haakjes voor handdoeken ( badkamer) aanwezig. - voor een 5 sterren hotel moet ( ik vergelijk met ME ibiza van vorig jaar) er de hele dag water beschikbaar zijn om te drinken. - lakens zijn nooit ververst tijdens deze 8 dagen! Een aanrader voor wie een rustige vakantie wilt!

The hotel staff is fantastic. The grounds are gorgeous. The rooms are barebones. You need to request basics like shampoo and Kleenex. Rooms are clean and pretty quiet.

The beach is wonderful, very family oriented and not at all crowded like other beaches in Ibiza, but with little choice when it comes to accomodation. Grupotel is quite outdated in terms of facilities, but provides a nice beach view. The staff was the most unpleaseant part of the experience, being very rude in general and very rude specifically at the restaurant - where their main duty was to clean tables and quickly prepare them for the next guest (which creates a canteen atmosphere). Restaurant hours are too early and quite short, resulting in literally being sent out with a 'you need to leave' by the staff when the meal time was up (9:30pm at dinner). Even if you were finishing eating/drinking, they would repeatedly ask you out until you'd leave the table. Staff would then stay eating alone at the restaurant until late hours. Although we brought our own shower products, they wouldn't even replace the small amenities to e.g. wash hands.

The hotel is in a great location. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is a little tired. The cleaning of the room appeared ok. I would recommend this hotel.

Good but not great.
A good clean hotel with friendly staff. Very quiet area with only three hotels and four restaurants and nothing else to do. Good place for relaxing but have to drive to do anything more.

Very poor standards 4 starts hotel. The staff was simply excellent, but the hotel itself is old and doesn’t seems to be a 4*. Also, the food in the half board is not great.

My daughter, my mother and I all really enjoyed it. The area attracts the quiet and considerate types, like families, older couples and romantic couples. The kids enjoy the buffet. The sea is very clear and rock free. If you swim out a little you will see lots of pretty fish. The locals restaurants at the end of the beach are pricy but very tasty and friendly (worth booking if going wt peak times on weekends). I was happy.

We had a great sea view and good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing can be improved is the staff working in the resturant! They are not friendly and never mind about your request. Once we asked to clean the table but no one did it until we changed our table and the other time we asked to open the parasol and no one was helping.

Great location, good beach
Property is clean and well-tended. Staff is friendly and attentive. Property is for adults-only, which makes it quiet. Get a beachfront room if possible. Beach is small and clean with beautiful mountain views. Due to size and limited hotels on the strip, the beach is not crowded. Breakfast was fine, nothing spectacular, but serviceable. To get around to rest of Ibiza, you must have a rental car.

Great location but slightly dated rules
Location of the hotel is fantastic but the waiting staff (particularly at breakfast) are a little ‘over-attentive’ and rude. The cleaning staff clean too early! Fixtures are a little tired and extra charges (for safe key and towels etc) is annoying.

the hotel is on a great beach, most of the staff are friendly. When we asked for a kettle they got us one, they were nice. The hotel however is a little run down. there was a safe in the room but to use the safe you need to pay for the key. That's weird

Verzorgd hotel op één van de mooiste stranden
Verzorgd hotel pal op één van de mooiste stranden van Ibiza. De foto's op de website geven een correct beeld. Ontbijt buffet is zeer uitgebreid, Helaas was er de eerste 3 dagen van ons verblijf totaal geen wifi, wat echt niet kan voor een hotel dat zich in deze prijscategorie plaatst. Bedden zijn inderdaad heel hard, vreemd dat management geen actie onderneemt op al deze commentaren. Het heeft een eerder klein zwembad, maar met het strand op 5 meter is dit niet echt een probleem.

View is nice, but that's it. Do yourself a favor and rent an efficiency in town and a car, save the money and stay away from these hotels. Between the rude staff, hard beds, almost non-existent wifi and the 20 to 40 minute drive to anywhere else, wish we did.

Ceci n’est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles mais 3
Bonjour, nous avons passé 14 jours au sein de l’établissement. Nous avons quelques remarques à faire concernant la chambre. Les matelas étaient horriblement inconfortables. Nous avons demandé pendant 4 jours le remplacement des matelas, chaque jour on nous a dit que ça allait être fait le lendemain et cela n’a jamais été fait. Nous sentions les ressorts. La télécommande de la télévision était cassée et rafistolée avec du scotch. Le miroir de la chambre était fixé de travers. La baie vitrée grincé énormément lors de son ouverture dérangeant les autres chambres voisines (nous entendions également celles de nos chambres de gauche et droite). La climatisation faisait un bruit nous empêchant de dormir, nous avons dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes car impossible avec la clim. Ça c’est pour la chambre. Pour l’hôtel deux choses à faire remarquer, la qualité des cocktails qui est scandaleuse (commande de pina colada servi jus de fruit industriel ananas avec du rhum, cocktail de couleur jaune avec aucun goût de pina colada). le fond de la piscine qui n’était pas propre et les serviettes usées.
