It’s an old style hotel which is immaculately maintained and is spotlessly clean. The staff are just wonderful, so friendly and cheerful.

LOVELY SEA VIEW ROOM. QUIET. GOOD SOUNDPROOFING. PLENTY OF STORAGE. COMFORTABLE BED. STAFF GENERALLY VERY FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY DINING AND CLEANING STAFF. FOOD WAS OVERALL GOOD. DINNER GREAT VARIETY OF CHOICES, BREAKFAST NOT SO. GREAT LOCATION WITH ADEQUATE PARKING . WOULD DEFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

No English tea bags at breakfast and wouldn’t replenish them, looking for tables in the morning as slow to clear tables. If you pay for the terrace should be exclusive use for the people that have paid extra, could not get a settee. Needs jacuzzi’s on the terrace would make this beautiful

Ibiza Break in Santa Eularia
We had a nice welcome from receptionist and a stay in a very comfortable room with lovely balcony with a sea view. The room was a bit dated décor wise but in very good condition and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast choice was first class with a great selection of food and drinks available (It is certainly good value for money) I recommend an omelette or a pancake which the chef makes to order in front of you. We were only staying one night so didn't use the pool but a quick walk round revealed a super pool and garden area with many areas to relax. A kettle is provided however there is no tea or coffee provided. Our room also had a refrigerator. If in the area again I would be very happy to return.

We loved our stay here! The breakfast was amazing, so many wonderful choices there. The staff was absolutely lovely. We even received an upgrade to a balcony with sea-view which was fantastic. It was so great to be able to hear the waves at night. A quick walk and we were at a bustling promenade with lots if options for dinner. We also loved the pool and there were always enough sun beds around (we definitely weren't early birds). The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and smelled amazing. Everyone was so friendly - from the lovely lady at reception who helped us book a restaurant for dinner and spa appointments (they have a spa too!), the team at the bar and house keeping. It was my friend's birthday and they must have seen this during the check-in process and even prepared a little surprise. We definitely loved it there and would like to come back :)

The hotel was very nice and clean, we had a beautiful view on sea. We were here as an couple (35 ) but the most people are senior. You can't swim after 18.00. The entertainment could be better for people like our ages. No music or something at the pool. Staff was very kind. So we had a nice holiday but there are little notes to do better.

Ottimo soggiorno in una struttura di qualità. La struttura ha interni e camere piuttosto datate ma pulite. Gli spazi esterni e la piscina sono molto curati. Ottimo lo staff, sempre cordiale e disponibile. Buon livello del ristorante sia per la colazione che la cena, con varietà di pietanze e scelta per ogni gusto. Santa Eulalia non e’ la zona più centrale ma con un’auto o uno scooter di possono comodamente raggiungere le spiagge principali ed il porto di Ibiza.Ibiza sempre un ottimo compromesso per coniugare mare a divertimenti adatti a tutte le età.

El hotel está genial. Todo está impoluto, desayuno súper variado y rico. Personal amable y resolutivo. Buenas vistas y buenas instalaciones. Cama y almohadas cómodas. Aparcamiento libre de sobra tanto en superficie como en garaje. Aspectos a mejorar: sonido del aire acondicionado y ofrecer el café descafeinado de máquina. Volveremos!!

Lovely hotel, looking a bit tired and could do with a facelift. The staff are lovely and friendly. It’s in a quiet area within walking distance to the town. The rooms had little niggles which are probably due to the age but the fridge wasn’t very cold and the aircon, although on, wasn’t very cold and couldn’t be turned up or down.

Lækkert hotel med super service
Dejligt hotel med en skøn beliggenhed. Kort gåtur til byen og lystbådehavn med masser af handel og restauranter ca. 10. min. Morgenmad rigtig god og varieret. Pool stor og lækker, let at få en solseng både i sol og skygge. Poolhåndklæder kan fås mod betaling af 10 Euro i depositum. Kan byttes til rene når man ønsker det. Personalet er utrolig søde og hjælpsomme. Parkering er gratis, enten foran hotellet eller i parkeringskælder. Vi kunne altid finde en plads. Der er rent og velplejet overalt. Hotellet trænger dog til at blive opdateret, værelserne er store, men interiøret er gammeldags. Den eneste rigtig negative ting at sige er vedr. aircondition på værelset. Det larmede ligesom at have en bil til at stå i tomgang. Jeg kunne ikke sove med den tændt, så vi måtte svede hele natten. Aircondition køler også rigtig dårligt, selvom det kørte dagen lang kan det ikke køle værelset ned, selvom vores værelse lå på havesiden og kun havde sol på om morgenen. Hotellets teknik mand kom og kiggede på det da vi påtalte det, men han sagde at det kørte normalt. Hvis de opdaterer aircondition vil jeg helt sikkert bo der igen.

La experiencia ha sido perfecta desde el principio. Cuando llegas el personal de recepción es encantador, te dan todo tipo de facilidades para que puedas cambiarte, dejar las maletas, ducharte y empezar a disfrutar de las instalaciones aunque aún no esté lista la habitación. La limpieza es excelente, todo está limpísimo. En el buffet la comida muy rica, desayunos y cenas abundantes y variados con opciones para todos los gustos. La piscina grande y con mucho sitio, nunca nos costó encontrar hamacas libres. Las habitaciones amplías y en nuestro caso con terraza con acceso directo al chill out y piscina. Pero el punto fuerte del hotel es su personal, los trabajadores eran extremadamente amables. Tienen parking gratuito tanto al aire libre como subterráneo, te ofrecen sombrillas para llevarte a la playa y toallas para ducharte el último día antes de irte. Sólo alargaría el horario de la cena ya que para los españoles es un poco pronto, lo demás genial.

Although the place was quiet and great for relaxation, some sort of music around the pool would have been nice. No waiter service around the pool although the bar is right next to it. Buffett food was not the greatest. Unreal that you have to pay for water at dinner. Tbh, the place seemed to be like a senior home. Nothing against the seniors but some sort of energetic activity or music around the place would have been nice. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone under 50.

Todo muy bien menos el gimnasio, cogimos este hotel porque vi que tenía gimnasio, pero no vale para nada. No hay pesas, máquinas rotas y viejas, cierra a las 20:00.... Tuve que pagar 15€ en el gimnasio de enfrente para entrenar.

2nd time in Grupotel Santa Eulalia and had another fabulous holiday. Hotel itself outside is fantastic but bedroom need updating although the rumour is there is going to be refurbishment. The young staff in the bar area and dining room are fantastic and make you feel very welcome. The hotel itself is a 15min walk into Santa Eulalia. We used a taxi and we have mobility problem. There is a small supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a fantastic larger one about 10 mins. I would love to go back again next year.
