서비스와 스태프 짱짱
시설은 많이 기대하지 마세요! (이비자 대부분 호텔들 시설이 좋은거 같지 않아요.) 그래도 스테프들은 다 짱 친절해용. 큰 테라스 딸려있는 방 주셨어요:)) 바다뷰는 아님. 조식 먹을때 살랑살랑 바람 불고 좋아요.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and was welcomed by a lovely member of staff Sara who checked me in and offered useful information. My stay was brief and the hotel is well situated close to the beach and many places to dine. The staff that I encountered later were dismissive and I noted the names, Alba Millana and Mateu on the front desk unhelpful, and Alba extremely rude. Richard assisted me while checking out in the morning and was a delight at 7am. The hotel was clean (harsh chemical smell from products used) and although some staff were unfriendly, I would recommend and highly likely to stay again if ever in Ibiza.

Arrived at 9 AM and sat down by the bar which confused me a lot at first because it was during breakfast times (which was included) but I wasn’t eligible yet as I was supposed to check in at 2 PM, and I repeatedly said that I would’ve liked to get something to drink and pay it apart from the breakfast, and ended up not paying anything as the people at the bar were kind enough to let it through as breakfast. So that’s one downfall, I couldn’t really sit down for drinks and pay for it apart. At around 10:30 AM I could’ve check in already as my room was ready, happy days. Room was as expected, spaces well managed in my opinion, AC was brand new, overall not the best sound treatment if not completely absent as at any given time it got a bit loud from people either using the stairs or being a bit loud from the excitement (in Ibiza it’s pretty normal) so can’t really complain too much realistically. Reception was always welcoming at any given times, lobby really cozy aswell. The one thing that I suggest is having more towels from day 1 if it’s a multiple day stay. For people like me that stays out until the early morning it gets difficult to answer when housekeepers knocked on the door , so it was kind of a struggle. And to maybe revisit a bar with more options rather than the ones I had in the morning where the only cold drinks I could’ve order (willing to pay aswell) were Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice and Milk.

Schönes renoviertes Hotel in der Nähe des Strandes
Schönes renoviertes Hotel ganz in der Nähe des Strandes und der Uferpromenade. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage des Hotels sehr gut, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Den Strand konnte man in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Neben dem Hotel ein kleiner Supermarkt. Restaurants und Bars waren viele rings um das Hotel vorhanden. Die Altstadt konnte man in ca 15 - 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück war lecker, man konnte von einer kleinen Karten 3 Teile (z.B. Saft + Süßwaren + Eier mit Schinken und Brot) auswählen, das dann frisch zubereitet wurde. Kaffee konnte man sich selbst an einem Automaten holen. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen.

Albergo molto carino e moderno in buona posizione vicino al mare ma con molte pecche. Innanzitutto non arriva nemmeno un raggio di sole, balconi e terrazza con piscina sono sempre al buio. Molte camere danno sulla scala esterna quindi non puoi aprire le tende sennò chiunque passa può vedere in camera se non addirittura entrarci scavalcando la ringhiera, inoltre proprio per la vicinanza delle scale alcune notti sono stato svegliato dagli schiamazzi di chi rientrava. Avevamo chiesto un letto matrimoniale e ci hanno avvicinato due singoli ma mettendo lenzuola separate, quindi inutile. Il personale é gentile, simpatico e disponibile, la colazione non é a buffet ma nel menù ci sono dei piatti buoni e sfiziosi. Sinceramente se ci dovessi tornare sarebbe solo per il prezzo competitivo

Hotel molto bello, ed in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere ibiza town, la playa ed il porto. Personale disponibile e possibilità di lasciare le valigie. Unica nota negativa la colazione: abbastanza limitata ma sopratutto se è inclusa nel prezzo non capisco perché l'acqua debba essere pagata a parte. Se offri un pasto a qualcuno un bicchiere d'acqua appena sveglio dovrebbe essere incluso, sopratutto dopo le nottate che offre Ibiza. Ma nel complesso molto consigliato!

La posizione è ottima, a metà strada tra la vita notturna e il centro città, l'hotel è molto carino e le camere confortevoli, il personale è gentilissimo, ci hanno addirittura offerto la possibilità di fare una doccia dopo aver fatto il check-out dato che avevamo il volo che partiva tardi!

L'hôtel est bien placé à 40 m de la plage, à 15 mn à pied du centre ville, il y a aussi un arrêt de bus très proche pour aller faire la fête vers Bora Bora.

Lieu idéal quand on est à pied.
A quelques pas du bus venant se l'aéroport et de la Playa Figueretas. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner de quelques choix servit sur la terrasse extérieure. Wi-fi ok. Les murs sont fins = on entend les voisins. Pas assez de place pour la chaise entre le lit et le bureau! Salle de bain un peu étroite et les odeurs d'égouts se propagent, il vaut mieux bien fermer la porte qui donne dans la chambre! Après avoir rendu la chambre, en partant le soir, il y a une possibilité de se doucher.

Very good location at Figueretes beach
Amazing location. Just 15 minutes from the airport. Very close to supermarkets, shops and 3 minutes walking from the figueretes beach. 20 minutes walking from Ibiza town and if you fancy go for a night out at the Bossa beach it will take you 30 minutes walking. The really down side was the breakfast.

Siendo totalmente objetivo, empiezo mi comentario explicando que yo utilicé este hotel para un viaje de trabajo, por lo que mis opiniones están basadas en la comodidad esperada tras días de duro trabajo. El hotel en si, está bien decorado, y recientemente reformado. No dispone de parking, la cafetería no funcionaba, el ascensor es una odisea para hacerlo funcionar ya que la puerta tarda una eternindad en cerrarse, las paredes deben ser de papel, ya que pude escuchar perfectamente lo que sucedía en habitaciones próximas. El servicio de desayuno, está medianamente bien a excepción de la maquina de café, no sé como se puede ofrecer un café tan tan malo. Las camas super cómodas y el baño bien equipado. No suelo poner comentarios tan malos, y siento muchísimo este, pero lo pongo con el fin de que puedan mejorar y recibir buenos reviews.

Location is really great, especially if you want to be close to the water and beach, within walking distance to the Old Town area, and far enough from Playa Den Bossa to not have to deal with the crowds there. Our booking included luggage storage, and we were pleasantly surprised when we returned from the beach to pick up our luggage and were provided with shower facilities as well. The hotel is no-frills, but the value is there if you're looking for something on the more affordable side. One complaint is that the doors seem to slam and can be heard from within our room.

Good value for money
Value for money is very good at this hotel, the breakfast is wonderful, rooms are new and clean. We had a little problem with canalization smell that was spreading in the whole room and disturbed a bit our comfort, but it might be just bad luck with ours...the area is quiet, 20 min walk from old town and just behind the beach.

Goede locatie. Personeel was vriendelijk. In de ochtend ontbijt vanaf de kaart. Voor een korter verblijf (wij hadden drie nachten) is dit hotel zeker aan te bevelen!

Amazing...they overbooked rooms so they upgraded me to a suite free of charge. Great condition, good location close to the beach and amazing staff. I definitely recommend.

Da ich nur 1Tag Zeit in Ibiza hatte, war die Lage des Hotels perfekt! Schnell vom Airport mit dem öffentlichen Bus erreichbar, abends noch zu Fuss in die stimmungsvolle Altstadt, morgens nach dem feinen a la carte Frühstück einen Block zum Strand laufen und schwimmen, dann mit dem Boot in die Altstadt. Das Gepäck darf man nach dem Checkout im Hotel unterstellen. Im Hotel wurde ich freundlich empfangen, das Checkin ging problemlos, das Zimmer sah neu aus und war blitzsauber, Safe, Wlan und Dusche funktionierten super, das Bett war bequem. Das Frühstück wurde freundlich auf der Terrasse serviert. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.
