We’ve just returned from a wonderful 5 day stay at S’Argamassa Palace and we can’t wait to go back! The hotel itself is beautiful. Our suite was big and our 2 children slept well on the fold out sofa bed. The (ground floor) balcony overlooked the pool, which we had all to ourselves on several occasions. The pool and sun beds were great (there is also a 5 hole mini golf but we never got round to doing it) The bar and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful and the overall feeling was calm and relaxing. The surrounding area has a lovely beach (Cala Pada) about a 3 min walk away and there is a well stocked snacks/gifts/beach stuff shop a few minutes walk from the hotel which we bought drinks and snacks from as the room has a mini kitchen in it. We ate breakfast at the hotel (lovely- eggs/bacon/crepes to order plus buffet of juices, pastries, cereal etc and great coffee) We were surprised how often we had dinner there (we had planned on just going to local restaurants) but the ‘snack menu’ at the hotel was excellent - the children had great options and so did we, and it was very reasonable price. We did a boat trip to nearby town Saint Eulalia which I recommend- it’s got more shops and restaurants, a lovely beach and promenade to walk along. We also did the wed hippy market (5 min cab ride from hotel- 8 euros) which was great fun,everyone came back with bracelets/straw bags etc. The cab to the airport was 20 mins/ cost 40 euros. Overall we couldn’t fault it. Excellent trip!

Great location of the hotel, really calm and relaxing. Very clean in general and very good breakfast; the breakfast staff was absolutely great! When staying at the hotel for some hours after check out while waiting for the pick-up to the airport, there is a very small shower facility, but no changing room, so that one has to change clothes in the toilet next to the shower. Other hotels of that rang have a small changing room for that purpose, it would be great if the option would be available. Apart of that: Thank you for the great stay!

I liked the fact it was a smaller intimate environment and that the room was a suite and not just a bedroom. The pool was clean, the staff extremely friendly & helpful. The only negative was the breakfast. Although plentiful, i would have preferred more choice, especially salad, fish and anything other than eggs & cheese.

Nevertheless, there are some corners where the connection might be slower, as for example along the floors. Despite that, it should work properly. Nice hotel, not for away from Santa Eularia. Nice pool with a few sun beds. The rooms are quite big with a living room and a bed room. Small kitchen bit enough for a short holiday.

My room was very spacious, but there was a disturbing smell of smoke in the bedroom from previous visitors. Without the smell it would have been a perfect room. The facilities like the swimming pool was rather small and needed to be larger like Iberstar. The gym was like a bolier room and was of poor condition. Is their scope to make the hotel larger and create a larger swimming pool with larger state of the art new gym. Thank you again to the lovely staff.

In this sense, we are sorry about the smell in the room. Usually, we do not have any problems these kinds as all rooms are smoke-free. We didn't have any notice about during your stay, but we will do our best to future guests respect the rules in the public and private spaces. Also, we will take into account your opinion about the pool and the gym. Please, consider that the hotel has only 24 rooms so that the pool as any other public space are according our hotel size :) Thank again for your words- hoping to see you back soon!

Lovely quiet hotel
We had a fantastic time here, was close to the beach with lovely restaurants. Room was lovely and staff were fantastic! I even left my hair straighteners there and they have sent them back to me! Thanks again to the staff.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay
I am not sure whether I can put into words how wonderful our stay was! I loved everything about it. The place is absolutely immaculate, inside and out. Every single member of staff was an absolute credit to the hotel. I never once walked past reception or the bar without them saying hello to me. Our junior suite was enormous. A super king size bed, double sink bathroom, kitchen area and sitting room. The pool area had the most comfortable beds and it was very relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble. Reception helped us with our transfer to the airport and we were able to have the use of the hotel minibus with the wonderful Alejandro driving us.

Lovely hotel, great food and brilliant staff
I stayed here for 5 nights half-board with my 11 year old daughter and we both really liked the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the pool was clean, the food in the restaurant was excellent and with great service. Rooms were of a high standard. The hotel is located minutes from Cala Pada beach where you can get a short boat ride into Santa Eulalia. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to a couples or families who want a peaceful break for a reasonable price in a great hotel.

A Perfect Stay in Every Way
The helpful staff recommended great vegetarian restaurants for us and could not do enough to make our stay memorable. We absolutely loved the swimming pool and courtyard, which was a perfect oasis for a siesta or morning swim.

Un hotel de ensueño en un lugar con encanto.
Todo perfecto, tranquilidad en Ibiza en pleno agosto. Un sitio ideal para familia aunque si vas solo tampoco esta demás. Puesto que para dormir se agradece la paz. Teniendo coche el puerta para viajar y conocer el entorno es lo ideal. Simplemente hay una pega. Es que el hotel al estar situado entre pinares. Pues pasa que de vez en cuando te puedes encontrar alguna hormiga perdida por la habitación,incluso en la cama. Tampoco es importante. Yo vivo en un pueblo y se de sobra que es imposible negar el paso a estos insectos. Si dicen de pasar, pasan.

L'hôtel était vraiment parfait et le personnel très gentil et professionnel. Petit déjeuner copieux. Seuls bémols: - toilettes dans la salle de bain - oranges pressées en supplément au petit déjeuner (4,50€ !)

We chose this hotel,to suit our 15 yearold Grandson,to accomadate all needs,Gym wi-fi etc,however reality once checked in,somewhat different,the Gym thats all it is in name,for example the treadmill once you increased the speed the belt started to slip or mis time,the multi resistance station all seized up,for the bike and multi walker do not use these anyhow,the Jaccuzzi not working,wi-fi worked well in the reception areas ,from the rooms very weak,arrived back Saturday afternoon,to our surprise our room door left wide open,to our relief nothing missing,reported to the hotel, who stated this never happened before,the standard of service of the suite only really happened after the 4th day of our stay,again by having to highlight the poor quality,the Towels that were supposed to be whitewere not and hard even the bath robes the same,the pool towels these were a taupe colour,not to mistake the difference,the only plus point I can be positive about is the air con for the room,conclusion for the money I have paid to stay, this not well spent the only beneficiary made a lot of money for poor return,We have stayed in Several 4 and 5 star hotels in Ibiza the service excellent even the staff more freindly at the past hotels.

Habitación amplisima, sala, baño y cocina con complementos. Nuevo y perfecto. Limpieza extraordinario. Bufet desayuno completo. Solo se pueden hablar maravillas incluido su personal. Solo tiene un pequeño problema: su wifi es escaso en las habitaciones. La zona es tranquila, poco ruido y se aparca al lado del hotel

Graziosa struttura (non l'albergone che t'immagini a Ibiza), su due piani con belle (anche se un po' datate) e ampissime camere con soggiorno e cottura (molto utile). A due passi dalla piccola spiaggia di Cala Pata, adatta a riprendersi dalle notti brave. Siamo a circa 5 min. d'auto da S.Eulalia e a 20 min. da Ibiza ma le strade sono bellissime e scorrevoli. Colazione ottima su un patio carino e tranquillo. Piscina piccola ma (in agosto) non c'era nessuno, pioichè tutti vanno in spiaggia: verso sera è come una piscina privata. Non c'è parcheggio privata ma la strada prospiciente non ha assolutamente traffico e si può lasciare l'auto di fronte lungo il marciapiede. Ideale per famiglie ma anche per chi vuole rigenerarsi dalle nottate ibizenche.

Mooi, gezellig en gastvrij hotel
Een supergezellig zeer gastvrij hotel met alleen suites, bijna direct aan het strand met vriendelijke medewerkers, een prima ontbijt, mooie schone kamers. Er is een gezellig zwembad met ligstoelen.

Super nettes Personal
Ein schönes Kleines Hotel (ca. 24 Zimmer) mit zusätzlichen Wohnraum mit kleiner Küchenzeile und Kühlschrank. Sehr geschmackvollem Frühstück ,leckerem Kaffee und sehr aufmerksamen Chef und Personal . Nachteilig war der geringe Wasserdruck beim duschen ( Badewanne) und anderswo . Wenn noch mal Ibiza dann auch wieder dieses Hotel

buona sistemazione con spiaggia carina, vicinissima; stanza grande, discreto buffet per la colazione, personale davvero molto gentile, servizio apprezzato i teli da spiaggia gratuiti. La località è tranquilla, lontana dalla movida, ideale per la famiglia.

Prima hotel
In dit hotel verbleven wij in een junior suite. Deze suite heeft een woonkamer met open keuken en een slaapkamer, ruim genoeg voor twee personen. Verder heeft de suite twee flatscreens, een electrische kookplaat, airco, een koelkast met minibar, een douche met twee wastafels en een ligbad. Ook is er voldoende opbergruimte en een balkon, waar vrijwel de hele dag zon op staat. Het hotel heeft een zwembad dat wat aan de kleine kant is, maar aangezien er weinig kamers zijn, zijn er ook weinig badgasten. Andere pluspunten: schone kamers, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, strand op steenworp afstand. Minpunten: einde middag is de keuken dicht, dus geen snacks meer als je van het strand terugkomt.
