가족과 함께라면 권할 수 있는 호텔
전반적으로 괜찮은 숙소였으나 아쉬운 점은 아침제공이 없었다는 점임. 우선 호텔찾기가 수월했으며, front dest 직원도 즐겁게 맞아주었으며, 전반적으로 청결하고 새로지은 느낌이 들어서 분위기가 아주 평안하고 좋았다. 동네분위기도 한적한 시골분위기 였으며, 주변이 약간 썰렁해 보였으나 사람들의 내면적인 모습이 모두 친절하고 매너있는 분위기 여서 편안하고 정감이 갈 수 있었다.

It was nice to have a place to stay in Rigby. Hotel is of course a bit basic, but comfortable and clean.

Rooms were clean and very good shape but coffee area still not open at 740 even though advertised to item at 700 am. Overall was a nice, quiet, convenient stay.. Good value for the dollar.

Motel was very clean and accommodating. Our only complaint was the checking in procedure for after hours. The stated instructions did not work and we wasted a lot of time trying over and over to use their phone instructions. If that happens, don't waste time, just call the number given, on your cell phone. Other than that, very positive stay and we will stay there again in the future.

They say you get what you pay for. That was never more true than this hotel. The cleaning staff were sweet, considerate and attentive. The location was great, but those are the only positives from this stay. I would stay here again if it was only for 1 night and there was no other availability anywhere. Here's our experience in a nutshell..... Get to the hotel tried using the restroom only to find you couldn't close the door while sitting on the toilet. The toilet is also a childs one, so small and low to the ground. The toilet paper is inconveniently placed behind the open door right next to the shower. The only way to close the bathroom door was too stand in the shower. Why they didn't put a pocket door in I'll never know. They didn't provide any shampoo or a bath mat. Tried calling the front desk, noone answered. Placed an order to pick up shampoo from Walmart the next day. Remote was broken Bed was uncomfortable and kept sliding away from the wall causing pillows to fall. Had to fix that a couple times throughout the night . Apparently there is noone on the property at night as we tried to go get ice and water only to find the office/vending machine/ice machine locked up. The convenient store closes early so no luck there. We had to provide or had no access to basic stuff. I'm upset we weren't told ahead of time so we could be prepared. Never told there was no night clerk. Definitely not handicap friendly. No elevator. Not friendly to knees or back issues.

They have nothing! No coffee, no soap, no lotion, no space to put anything up off the floor. We have stayed here every year, around this time of year and this place has never been so run down and uncaring. Never again will we stay here!!!

Not bad in Rigby
Convenient to where we needed to be. Our front desk host was very friendly and informative. Our room was clean. Our bed squeaked every time you moved. No shampoo. The walls are paper thin...we heard everything going on during the night---and there were people loud in the hallway at 3:00 am.

It’s a decent hotel! It’s not super fancy, the jacuzzi tub was so nice, VERY relaxing to end our trip with. The blankets in the bed kept you warm but they weren’t too soft, pillows were nice. Bathroom had a weird and small set up, basically had to step into the shower to close the bathroom door and the toilet paper was behind the door.

Very clean, always smelled like cleaner walking through the front door. Room was updated and everything worked as it should. The staff was very friendly. We had no issues in the 3 nights we stayed. It was perfect for our visit and much better priced than other hotels in neighboring towns.

The beds were not comfortable so we didn’t sleep well but on the last night before we left for a long drive, someone’s fire alarm was beeping all night keeping us awake. Also the smoke alarm in our room would go off after showering when you open the door.
