Hi Sarah. Thanks so much for your honest review. We have just recently installed aluminium sliding windows in our bathroom. We have now painted the new timber around the window frames, so hopefully our Seaview suite is up to scratch again! Yes our stairs going up to the Seaview are a little aged, This has been on our mind for the last few years. We have had them structurally checked and they are certified safe. In saying this we have come to the decision that we are going to rebuild the stairs to the Seaview suite and increase the width to make it more friendly for guests with luggage. Thanks again.
