All the units have been recently refurbished, so I enjoyed a lovely new bathroom, comfortable new bed anda beautifully spotless room. I would highly recommend the motel.

This is an old traditional style motel, ask for a room at the back where the stream is, it’s lovely and green and quiet and there is some picnic tables This isn’t a flash hotel but it is super convenient to the Win Entertainment centre and the Princes Highway

Room not acceptable changed to another which had not been cleaned from previous tenants smelt and dirty, moved to another room for night, had to re move to previous room after it had been cleaned, but still smelt of sewage, cleaners also don’t do crockery.

CHRISTMAS 2022 NIGHTMARE. We had seen previous reviews on the Inn saying it was tired, but hey we were only staying overnight and wouldn’t be occupying the room for too long. Whilst the accommodation is very standard (old), what we found were BED BUGS. Our daughter was bitten extensively. There is not one limb of her body that has not been bitten. Whilst we contacted the Inn and they advised they would spray, no effort was made to reimburse the nights cost or pay for the medical/pharmaceuticals purchased to attend to the bites. WARNING- DO NOT STAY THERE. There are other motels in Wollongong which will be safer to stay at.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good for one night or longer. Room a bit dated but renovations underway. No complaints.

Although the outside of the property is tired, my room was recently renovated and very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, and was overall a great little place to stay.

Kitchenette lacked basic crockery & cutlery (but was readily supplied on request), then did not have facilities to wash them. No soap in shower. Tiles loose on the floor. Tiny room. The whole place had a run-down feeling. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Location was very good for our purposes.

Newly renovated rooms, colours choice etc. fine. Missed the Gideon Bible and spare /extra pillows. Tv did not have SBS movie channel or other HDchannels. Ignore that one - old folks don't need square eyes! Bed very comfortable.

the newly furnished rooms are very nice, clean and modern. Was a great stay, would just recommend something to cover the bottom of the door so air and bugs dont get in.

I booked 3 rooms on wotif. The manager told me if you wanted the rooms together you should have booked them together. ????. Very basic. Everything ok but there was a dead cockroach in the middle of the floor. Perhaps a quick service before giving clients their room.No cultlery. No plates but there was a toaster???.

It was clean, had the basics, is great for the price. The room itself is similar to the photo, but the windows etc. Look nothing like the photo, atleast if your room faces the road.

Queen room was nothing like the advertised picture. Very cramped and no outlook as portrayed. Manager was communicative and pleasant; breakfast facility good.

The rooms were clean and comfortable by the stay was uncomfortable due to a pervading awful stink in the room which was a sewer like smell that we assumed came from the plumbing. Couldn't quite pin point the place where the stink was coming from but it remained in the room for our entire stay.
