Our first time to Incheon. We didnt know the area, we booked for the ocean view. We were thrilled to learn of all the shops and restaurants behind the hotel on the boardwalk. We walked to Chinatown then road the little monorail back, it was great. We also toured the cultural park that is across the street. This hotel and surrounding area turned out to be the highlight of our stay in Korea. The staff was very helpful as well. They didnt speak a lot of english, but google translate helped. They served a great breakfast each morning. We would stay here again.

The staff was absolutely fabulous! They helped me find my way around. Once a staff member escorted me to my destination, in the rain, on the bus, on her lunch hour! I would give this place a higher rating but I think they would raise the price if they knew how great this place was.

There is no breakfast and it's very hard to find a place to eat breakfast. You have to know korean to live a comfortable life there. Other than that, it's a good place to live if you know korean.

Great hotel and great location.
A great hotel for the price. I checked in late and the front desk staff person was awesome. He gave me a sandwich when I told him I was starving after the long trip. It was a very comfortable stay and great location, next to an amusement park.

Good location, fast check in.
Fast check in, valet parking was free. Smaller room than advertised photos but it was clean and comfortable bedding. Good location especially the incheon airport was very close.

Nice One Night Stay
Great overall value, quiet, comfortable. Friendly but limited English-speaking staff. Very close to restaurants on boardwalk but very little diversity beyond seafood. Chinatown nearby by bus 10 minutes for more variety.

Nice Little Hotel
Room was small but comfortable. Needed to adjust to not having shower curtain, but had a nice bidet. Beds were nice and firm with clean linen. Location was away from most of the sounds from the amusement/theme park. Good location with many sites to visit.

The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly but it was really far from the airport which was a bummer. There was a lot of traffic on the evening of my arrival so it took over an hour to get there by taxi and cost me quite a bit. The room was big, clean and well supplied, but there were mosquitoes inside the room already when I got there. I used the mosquito spray that was supplied but I still got bitten on my face and body several times overnight. The following morning, the staff were very helpful in getting me get a taxi to the airport to catch my train but again it cost me a lot to get there.

Disappointing stay
This hotel had a clean room and the interior was fair. Unfortunately it is situated in amongst an industrial area with chimneys, factories and despite the ocean being in front of the hotel, the water was so polluted there was no smell of the ocean! On arrival, we were charged again for our 2 children for the two nights, but we had already made additional costs for extra guests in the overall payment to Expedia. It should be obvious that a room with 2 double beds and the 2 extra guests being children that it was a family who had made the booking. When we questioned the extra payment he said it was a hotel policy and we couldn't argue because on the receipt of payment it does state that guests may have to accept extra hotel policies. If we had of known this we would have booked somewhere else in the first place with the extra money! It then did not feel like a special offer as Expedia claimed. The first male staff that we met on arrival was not at all friendly, he did not greet us or welcome us to the hotel Very unprofessional and left a bad feeling with us from the start. We asked for the room beds to be made up for the second night when we went out for the day but when we returned they had just pulled up the covers. New towels, shampoo and conditioner were not provided for the second nights stay. We asked to have the underfloor heating turned off and they turned it up making our room 37C. This was very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Great location (yet quiet): a few blocks from the sea; numerous restaurants nearby; small amusement park, etc. Wonderful getaway destination for family or couples. Some staff here may not speak English well.

good staycation close to the beach
Great location. Cool to cold weather in Oct, so be prepared for drastic weather changes. Our room was big with double beds and spacious plus a sea view. Sightseeing around the area not quite accessible if you wish to take the local transport but cannot speak or read Korean. Would suggest that the hotel provides free shuttle service to surrounding areas, eg. Chinatown, traditional markets for food and grocery shopping.

Comfort staycation at Wolmido
Room with 2 double beds and still wide enough for movement. Ocean view and close proximity to amusement park. Firework displays during our 2 nights there. Easy access to Incheon station by taxi - about 4,500 krw. Safe neighbourhood with good autumn coolness in October, lots of street food, food outlets and G25 grocery store.

Benikea the Bliss Wolmido
The hotel is clean and quiet except that the Wolmido amusement beside the hotel operates and blasts music until 10.30pm. The Wolmido amusement park is only partially operational and is not definitely Universal Studio standard if you are expecting that. It seemed to be built in the 80s and games belonged to that era. In fact Wolmido seems to be in a state of ruin and residential population extremely small in that island. The Wolmido monorail is defunct so do not expect to take as a form of transport. The park is quiet is slightly lively in the weekends. The park is served by a GS25 and a few other minimarts. If you like seafood, the eateries, pubs and restaurants at the amusement park sell fresh seafood ( quite pricey though Around 30k won for a dish). The hotel is also opposite the Wolmido Nature Park. From Incheon Airport, you can take bus 306 (this is not an airport limousine but an area bus) to Incheon Station for about 45 min. Then take bus 45 which stops opposite the hotel. It is about 5 min ride and you will not miss the hotel. If not, take a cab from Incheon station to Benikea the Bliss Wolmido for 3500 won. You can take bus 45 from the hotel to Chinatown which is at Incheon station. Nothing to rave about except the signature food is the caramelised malt bun which is crispy You can take bus 45 which terminates nearby the hotel to Sinpo Market (Dongincheon station)

Excellent Choice for Family
We stayed in Super Deluxe Twin Room on 11th floor with Ocean View. We were very please to see such a nice view of Ocean and nearby Theme Park with Ferris Wheel which reminded me Santa Monica Pier. We enjoyed the Musical Water Fountain and Family Oriented Theme Park nearby. We also had a great time hiking to a nearby mountain to reach Wolmi Observatory to view the harbor and the island. It has a big bathroom and big flat-screen TV and free WiFi access which is always plus for our Family.

ホテルはとても綺麗で近くにバス停もありとても便利でした！ ソウルや空港までは少し遠いですが、仁川駅まで行くとキンパ屋さんやカフェもありました！ ホテルには浴槽もあり広くてゆったり出来ました。 シャトルバスは事前に連絡しておかないと行けないみたいです。また、ホテル内に電子レンジはありませんでした。
