I stayed for the night due to an early flight so I only spent 12hr at the property and it was a nice property for what I needed it for. Very spacious rooms and bathroom. It was nice having a free shuttle bus.

I was told to wait almost 2 hours for the next shuttle Bus. I arrived at the Shuttle pick-up point 10 minutes before the scheduled stop. And waited until 7:15. The bus never showed up. Needed to Take a $20 Taxi for what should have been free. Also, it was very cold waiting for the pick-up.

Pros: Airport adjacent, about a 15 minute cab ride, you can see the airport from the hotel, but its far enough away that you cant hear it. Rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The fried chicken from their restaurant was fantastic. Friendly staff. Cons: Limited shuttle and restaurant hours. Please read their shuttle information closely or be prepared to take a cab.

I liked their location. The room was clean and quiet, and more space compared to other hotels. What I didn't like was they did not run the dinning room on weekdays. Other than that, everything was good. I will stay there again in the future.

The location is great, close to the airport (10 mins drive). Staffs are very responsible and friendly. The property is very nice, clean, spacious and quiet.

Very nice hotel. Very clean in the lobby and my room. Very big room and bathroom. I recommended this hotel. They have a small bus to bring the tourists to the airport terminal. Very accessible. The staff are very nice too. I definitely will renting again this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. The room was stocked with two water bottles, disposable slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturizer, bathrobes, hair cap, hair tie, cotton tips, cotton pads and a usb charging station. They provided four regular size towels but didn’t have a large bath towel.

Staff was great. Shuttle has very limited hours, so you'll lay for a taxi from airport. Bath towels are approx. 14" x 25" - tiny for a hotel that on surface appears to be luxurious. And no outlets near beds for phone chargers in 2023? It's beautiful and luxurious on the surface. It's spacious. Staff was so nice. But it's a 3 start at best. Not a bad price for near airport. Just lower expectations and enjoy the sleep.

Hotel Ora was very clean and the building is a unique architectural structure. When we first arrived it was a few hours early and was told it would be an extra charge for early check in. I understood and was OK with it except we are from the US and had to rely on public transportation to go anywhere and the only options were Uber taxi's. We hung out in the lobby for an hour trying to figure out how to get to the closest restaurant or shopping area. They did have free lockers we could store our luggage, but there is nothing in walking distance, they did not recommend anywhere we could go either. We finally found a shopping area near Incheon Terminal 1, Paradise City Plaza, and just as we were getting ready to get an Uber the agent came over and said we could check in (now 2 hours early) for free and she upgraded us to the runway view of the hotel which was awesome!! We were so tired we just hung out in the room until room service was available at 6pm and ordered dinner then. Food was great, a little pricey but what hotel food isn't. When we checked in we signed up for a shuttle. Since there was 3 of us and 6 bags total, we had to split up into 2 different shuttles since they only allowed for 3 bags per room per shuttle. That worked out fine for us. Moral of the story is, bring snacks or get your meal before you check in unless you are Ok with room service or getting an Uber to get to a restaurant off site. Overall I would highly recommend a short overnight stay.
