We stayed for 3 nights and in no time, They did the cleaning or made the beds or replaced towels or amenities. The staff who were cleaning the next room were asked to please clean our room while we left and when we returned our surprise was to find everything just as we left it. They didn't take the trash out of the bin either, bad experience in this hotel in terms of cleanliness

The cleaning crew is really letting the owner down. A half hour of proper cleaning in our room would easily add a star. The cleaners just swiffer the room pushing all the dirt to the edges. So all along the walls are filthy brown lines, hair and dirt. They don't wipe down the surfaces or headboards, so there are handprints everywhere. Also, simple things like hooking in the drape are left to the guest -- pure laziness. However the towels and bedding were clean, pillows plentiful, shampoo and a soap provided. A coffee pot, fridge and microwave really help. The HVAC unit worked well and we actually had a good night's sleep.

Overall a great place on the cheaper end but the bed was very noisy and the TV only had picture and no sound but other than that I would recommend to anyone needing a hotel on the cheaper side.

The sheets has stains & when brought to there attention we were told housekeeping was gone for the day & I could bring the sheet to them & then remake the bed myself - turns out they didn't have any clean fitted sheets & we had to use a flat sheet - later in the stay are toilet was clogged & we were told they would give us a plunger to take care of ourselves - awful customer service

I liked the location. It was close to the expressway and an easy access to other points around town. But the parking lot and the building itself could use some attention. There are potholes out side and holes in the drywall inside. Our door didn't completely shut (it locked, and we felt safe enough) and the curtains didn't completely shut out the light coming inside. Many of the other hotels around this one looked in similar need of cosmetic work.

The only problems with the room were that 1) the bathtub faucet leaked. 2) the card key didn't always work.

There is a serious lack of amenities; no bath soap, hair conditioner, Kleenex, or wash cloths. The pillows were very hard. The person who checked me in was rude, acted as if I was interrupting his TV show. The person that checked me out was very pleasant. The advertisement of “free” breakfast consisted of coffee.

Worst Hotel Ever
They did not have extra towels neither day we stayed. Also we booked a Double room but was told they were sold out and had to settle for a king. They only had 1 towel set in there and said they didn't have extra. Wth
