While the property is close to the airport (a bonus) - it is dirty, outdated, and smells a bit. Healthy food choices around the area are non existent. The staff was fine -- not overly friendly, but polite and professional.

The general feel of the hotel is decent with convenient parking and good facilities, and the staff was friendly and efficient. We arrived at 9 p.m. and were ready for showers and sleep after a long drive, so we didn't take full advantage of the indoor pool, patio seating and fitness center which were all nice. The rooms seemed clean and comfortable at first. However, our kids discovered a few bed bugs in their beds - a couple of dead ones, and one large one that was alive. We alerted the front desk in the morning and showed them the live one we caught, and told them we didn't know we were getting a roommate - it didn't take up much room, but did keep the kids awake as they inspected everything before settling down to sleep well after midnight. We didn't attend the continental breakfast except for a bagel and some coffee. The bagel was good and the food looked fine, but the coffee was weak and uninspiring.

部屋はきれいに掃除してあり、清潔だった。しかし、廊下に落ちているゴミが何日も落ちたままで、掃除の回数が少ないのだろうか。プールから出て濡れたまま部屋に帰っていいそうで、びしょ濡れの水着の客とすれ違った。廊下が濡れていた。徒歩圏内にレストランは幾つかあるが、基本的に車で行くほうがいい。歩けない訳ではないが、歩道がないので。😄

Rooms and property needs to be updated staff very friendly walls or so thin you can hear people walking and talking next door and above you someone was pacing all night sounded like floor was going to cave in

The hotel was super busy due to a popular concert in the area but the staff was super friendly and were working quickly to get people checked in. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great!

The room was just the right size for a 2 night stay for our family of 3. All of the facilities were clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. There were no issues with our stay. The hotel is located outside of the city and conveniently right next to a freeway (yet not too noisy) so traveling into the city is a breeze. Breakfast bar had lots of options, delicious food and the pool was a lot of fun and very clean. There were always clean towels fresh and ready for use at the pool. Clean towels were restocked multiple times by staff members during our use of the pool.

breakfast buffet was amazing. loved the pool and hot tub. room had a few points where it could improve such as splash marks on the walls behind the trash can, and places in the walls /doors where it is evident holes once existed but over all very satisfied. also liked the soaps and makeup remover in the bathroom

Love it. Good bedding, blackout curtains, clean bathrooms. I really like the laconic contemporary design in rooms and high ceilings that create feeling of spacious. Good breakfast and pool. The location although could be better: a highway is right behind the hotel.

We needed early morning shuttle service to the airport, but the earliest they offered was 6am. After checking the uber rates, we still went with the 6am shuttle and had just enough time to get through security and to our gate before boarding.

Overall property was nice and clean but our mattress was terrible could not get comfortable it was worn out and had a sink hole in it
