Karla,I am terribly sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We did complete an entire renovation in 2018 including refinishing the bathtubs, and unfortunately we've had to refinish them twice since then. We are actually in the process of securing a new company to do this for us yet again, until we can replace many of them with stand-up showers. Hopefully the next time you are in town, we will be finished with that project, however it will take some time. As for breakfast, would you mind reaching out to offer specific details on what was gross? We take great pride in offering a fresh and appetizing selection of breakfast items and I am saddened to hear that your experience fell short of that. The more we know about our guests feedback will only help us to improve. As for sugar and flour selections, we do serve the Hampton required items, and definitely want to give feedback on our guests needs as a whole as well.
