Stayed one night and everything was great. The pool was clean and the breakfast they offered was convenient for us.

Liked--bed was comfortable; front desk staff were pleasant and helpful; lots of options at breakfast--cereal, waffles, eggs, yogurt, juice; easy location to get to from the Indy airport (about 25 min and close to the highway) Disliked--shower curtain was too short and the bathroom floor got wet. (accessible room so there wasn't a bathtub, but a shower with no ledge); noisy--you could hear people out in the hall and in the rooms on either side; the people in the room next door did quiet down when we called the front desk; coffee--from a machine that made latte, cappucino, regular, etc, but no decaf option; housekeeping--we left the "please make up room" sign on the door one day and came back to a room that hadn't been touched.

Found a brown bug in our bed. Told front desk, they inspected. Advised they spray regularly before busy weekends for bugs like this. Was told I would be receiving contact from owner and offer of free night. Never heard from them. Stained towels as well. Quiet and ample parking though. Convenient. But, potential bug issues.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to major freeways in a suburban setting not too far from DT Indianapolis. It is very close to Eagle Creek Park, which is a beautiful area for walks and enjoying nature

Ran out of towels at the pool and when I asked for more the guy at the front made a snarky remark about just shutting the pool down. Some of the staff definitely doesn't handle stress very well.

The breakfast line is weird. It's really poorly placed and there are so few tables with chairs suitable for eating. It made getting breakfast really awkward on a busy weekend. The pool, and room were fine.

Definitely nice hotel for the right price not to far away from anything you want to do, walking distance to some stores if you forgot anything and simple fast food restaurants and nice dining ones as well all within 15minute drive and that's with traffic very convenient , pool not to big but nice for the kids and indoors , no hot tub , breakfast included so saves you money room were nice and tidy with cold ac or heat free tv services for good movies saw aquaman 2 kids enjoyed there stay will be back in the summer for sure

Filthy sheets and pillows hair and stains everywhere asked for new sheets and blankets and got stained and sheets full of hair totally gross ended up getting refund and leaving

The lobby closed at 10 pm, which was fine until a man in a room near by us starting yelling at midnight. He sounded drunk, slurring words and speaking ineligibly as if he had to be heard across a canyon. Because their was no staff that we could find, our choice was to sit through it (for the hour and half it went on) or confront an obnoxious drunk ourselves in the middle of the night--which didn't seem too safe.

I got my car stalled in the parking lot not even take 30 minutes when I went into the hotel come back because I forget something in my car that was gone. I don’t recommend it at all.

Upon check in we were not greeted. The guy at the desk barely spoke aside from telling me the room number. Didn’t tell us anything about what time breakfast was. Coffee machine was broken at breakfast and didn’t work in the room. Glad we were only staying one night. I would not recommend staying here to anyone unless you were in a pinch

First room was deadbolted so I couldn’t enter. Second room was ok. Breakfast was very good. Basic hotel, good for the price.

The room itself was nice. Spacious and clean. We were in a handicap accessible room right by the elevator, so we heard every guest coming on or off the floor. The shower was oddly situated. The showerhead was aimed right into the bathroom and the curtain was about 4" off the floor, so water poured onto the floor and it was quite a mess to clean up. There wasn't enough of a lip between the tile and the room carpet and could have flooded the room had we not caught it. Other than the noise and the shower, it was a comfortable stay although we missed out on breakfast because we slept in.

The housekeeping staff is a bit lazy the forgot to clean our room 2 days in a row and we stayed there for 3 nights and was told the breakfast ended at 10 on the weekends went down at 9:15 and it was already put up. The manager was not helpful at all when asked about the room being cleaned either.
