Room was not cleaned the next day, we had to call the front desk to get fresh towels. The room was spacious, but that was the only positive. The mattresses seem old and sunken in from previous guests. The toilet flushes very slowly, and the last use it clogged. The property does have Tesla superchargers, but I'd like to see more non-Tesla chargers available.

Close to inexpensive restaurants and convenient that way. Good breakfast. Noisy and house cleaning didn’t show up.

Every room comes equipped with a hair dryer attached to the wall. However, most of them don’t work and the front desk doesn’t have any available for use. I had to ask to be let in a vacant room to dry my hair after waiting for 40 minutes for a solution.

The bathroom is in dire need of an upgrade. The ceiling, floor, tub surround were all in poor condition. The toilet ran continuously; the water adjustments on the shower turned around and around. Was difficult to find a temp and turn off. Carpeting needs replacing; other hotel guests were very noisy. Opening and closing doors all night in addition to the ice machine clinking all thru the night. We needed a place to stay during a long drive and this was not great. I would not recommend.

Needs a lot of improvement. While some areas have been updated, others reflect that this hotel needs some serious investment. The mattress had no support and we rolled to the center. The room was dingy. And I woke to "something" scratching either in the walls or air conditioner. I mentioned this at check out and the person at the desk wasn't phased and offered nothing in compensation.

We got a late start on the road so I called ahead and spoke with Jennifer who was very very kind and accommodating! Room was clean and odor free. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, hot, and delicious. Thank you very much.

The staff was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There were some places around the doorframe to our room and the doorframe of the bathroom where there were holes in the plaster. Just a little maintenance needed there. My biggest complaint, though, is how uncomfortable the beds were. If you like firm mattresses, this hotel is for you. However, I felt as if I were sleeping on a board. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special; there weren’t many options. Overall, the hotel was fine, but I found the bed to be so uncomfortable that we will not be back.

The location is right off the highway and in a good spot for travel. It looks like the hotel had some updates but the rooms were oddly furnished and have old worn pieces. Not really super clean but not terrible either. Breakfast was ok. The morning staff was amazing!

We stayed overnight with our dog. The room was clean and smelled fresh. I placed a call to front desk to let them know our TV changer wasn’t working and did not get an answer after trying twice. They came to room and fixed it when we stopped down to bar/front desk area.

Fair overall
Easy check in and main areas were clean. The room had damage, no working hair dryer, broken shower, broken tiles in bathroom, and stains on walls. Breakfast was cold and many bins for the hot food were just empty. I would give it a fair rating overall and rather next time spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere nicer.

Overall, the hotel was OK but we booked it because it said it sleeps six. It actually sleeps four. We had to put two chairs together for my son to sleep on.

Works ok for a night.
Room was fine, typical hotel. Continental breakfast was good. Room just looked aged, but was fine for one night. Not much but chain restaurants nearby.

Nice employees, outdated building
The employees were very nice. The building itself is very outdated. The shower curtain was on the toilet, the toilet tank needed to be played with to flush, the tv didn’t work, and the elevator felt like it was going to fall.

The ladies at the front desk could not have been more efficient or any friendlier when I arrived to check in. I actually left my receipt and the key to my room at the front desk when I went to move my car, and when I called to see if it was there at the front desk, one of the ladies actually brought my key all the way down to long hallways to give it to me. She went above and beyond expectations.
