Surprisingly good.
Surprisingly good. Lobby was warm and inviting, and absolutely clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable, and the location can’t be beat for a road trip.

Stayed with the kids and it was very spacious and nice. Loved everything except for the bed covers weren't very clean, the couch was a little worn down and the pool was very dirty. Other then that everything was nice.

Nice Hotel
Staff was friendly and informative. Curtains in room had a couple of stains on them but overall lovely room. Breakfast was not great my husband said the sausage gravy was greasy and I tried to have the eggs but they were watery. We ended up going to Cracker Barrel for breakfast.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The person working the evening/night shift at the front desk on Saturday, October 29 was unfriendly and unhelpful. She was not welcoming and acted as if I had inconvenienced her when I stopped by the desk a couple of times to ask questions or buy water.

One incident but rectified.
The room was nice and clean, but did show some wear and tear. The employees were super nice and friendly. There was an issue with our booking. I went through Hotels.com but won't be doing that again. I booked a king bed and was given a queen instead. The hotel made it right so it all worked out in the end. From now on, I will be booking a hotel room by calling the actual hotel I want to stay at.

From beginning to end perfect stayed here for my wedding weekend couldn't have made a better choice wedding party all had different types of rooms and all of them was amazing.I stayed in the 2bdr suite and trust it is well worth it the staff was nice and so accommodating.

HIGHLEY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET
I PAID OVER $200 A NIGHT FOR A ROOM THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE 2 QUEEN BEDS IN A ROOM AND A PULL OUT SOFA WAS GIVEN A ROOM WITH 2 CHAIR IN FRONT ROOM AND 2 DOUBLE BEDS MUCH SMALLER THAN, THE WHOLE REASON I BOOKED THE HOTEL IN THE BEGINNING WAS FOR THE HEQATED INDOOR POOL,,,,,,,,WRONG FALSE IT ONLY HAS OUT DOOR ONE, DESCRIPTION ON SITE SAYS INDOOR AND OUTDOOR. AND I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT WQAS THERE THAT WEEKEND THAT WAS SURPRISED THAT THERE WAS NOT AN INDOOR POOL . THE OTHER FAMILIES CHECKED OUT AND WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE.......WASTE OF MONEY LOTS OF IT OVER $450

Nice hotel, comfortable beds. Trash cans are too small, hot tub was not hot and dirty! Breakfast was good!

Great hotel!
I stayed overnight at the Staybridge after a late-arriving flight. The facilities were clean and just as described. While it is under the flight path, I didn't find the airport noise to be too bad. The complementary breakfast was your average hotel breakfast, and was well-stocked even though I came down towards the end of breakfast hours. Only negative is that the Hotels.com listing says that there is a free airport shuttle, but when I called earlier the day of my reservation the front desk said there wasn't a shuttle. It seems like the listing needs to be updated!

I wish there would have been blackout curtains in the room. The parking lot needed to be plowed and iced really badly. Still a decent stay though and would stay again.

Very friendly staff. Very nice room. Comfortable bed. Room had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Dog friendly with no extra charge. "Big plus". Lots of clean grass area to walk dog. Quick and easy check in and out. Nice community areas on 1st floor like dining area, sitting area and business center which had some games and stuff to keep the kids busy. I will definitely stay here again. Two suggestions to management, not critical,night dog walkers would appreciate a little more light around the entire premises and more trash cans outside. Not something one would notice if you didn't have to walk your dog at 4am.

The evening and morning check in clerks were very helpful and friendly. Brenda was also very friendly in the kitchen and kept the breakfast nook in tip top shape. She was very good at her job and cares about the clients in her care.

Liked the location since it's away from the busy downtown and it's drivable to eatery places and shopping. The place is a bit dated compared to other Staybridge Suites that we've been to. Suite room is okay in terms of cleanliness but heater didnt work and icemaker never made a single a ice. Tried to inform front desk and was told "I can let maintenance know" and end of story :(

The smell of dog urine was very strong. It seems that a urinated in the bed and on the carpet. There was lots of dog hair on the carpet next to the bed.

Decent stay
Bed was super comfortable! For some reason, the door didn’t quite fit properly thus any hall noise was more audible. The bathroom was dated while the kitchenette was new.

At check in we were given someone else’s reservation. After that she failed to code our key cards so we couldn’t get in our room. Breakfast was fine. Some of help was very friendly. Lobby smelled like sewer. Elevators and hallways smelled like urine. Dogs everywhere including pit bulls lunging out off elevators. No cleaning service or clean towels. We were told rooms are only cleaned weekly. Should have been told that ahead of time.

Decent stay with some minor, correctable issues.
Overall, the stay was ok. Check-in was a little ridiculous with check-in starting at 3 but not being able to get into our room until almost 6. The kitchen is SMALL, can only wash one dish at a time and it barely fits to rinse and the burners worked less than ideally but they do work. The toaster oven on top of the fridge was dusty from lack of use and cleaning and overall the hotel smelled most days of various things people in the hotel may have been cooking but I'm not sure the odors would be completely avoidable.
