Aside from the ridiculous issue of having to pay $25 to park in the hotel's parking lot — but then actually needing to park in a ramp a block away because their small lot is full — they didn't make it clear that there is an additional $75 fee for bringing your dog! The very unfriendly woman at the front desk assured me it was in the fine print somewhere. Never again will we stay at Staybridge Suites!

The room was not cleaned as it should have been. There was scum on the shower soap ledge and grime on the toilet paper holder in room 211. The door to the bathroom did not shut and the door to the bedroom did not latch. Overall it was way over priced for the facility. The positives would be the breakfast and the close proximity to Lucas oil stadium.

We loved our stay at Staybridge Suites! Our room was immaculate and comfy! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Hopefully when we come back, we can utilize the pool. We didn’t have enough time to do that on this stay.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were really hoping to have some pool and hot tub time but it was consistently full of kids and families (which is great too) but I’m wondering if there could have been an after 10pm adult only time or before 10 am? The room was beautiful, up to date and clean. Was very happy with our stay! Thank you!

The parking garage was very close. It was quiet, save for the rude people during the early hours of the morning stomping ang yelling through the halls. They need to sound proof their rooms a little more. Otherwise it was a nice stay. The breakfast was great. Staff accommodating and friendly.

Price and rooms were perfect. Breakfast was great. Only complaint is cleanliness of the pool. It was a bit foggy and had some floating things in it… also the elevators needed maintenance so only one worked which was a nightmare at busy times. Staff was super nice as well and very helpful.

Quick and easy check-in, comfy beds, and an awesome breakfast were just some of the perks of this hotel! You can't beat a hotel that's within walking distance to your sporting event.

Big 10 championship stay
The hotel itself was immaculate clean. Room was great, breakfast was great, staff were very nice. However there was mechanical issues with the elevators. One was down during our stay and we got trapped in another when trying to get to our room on the 8th floor. We were stuck with another family. Had to call the fire department because we could not get a hold of the front desk after pushing the call button several times and physically calling with our cell phones. I’m leaving a good review because the manager did make it right and refunded our stay. Still a scary experience. We also walked 8 flights of stairs after the incident to get back and forth to our room during the rest of our stay. Hotel was great, just needs some mechanical work to their elevators to hopefully prevent this from happening again.

It was a clean nice place. The employees were awsome the hotel was great. The only problem was the drug deal that happened in the parking lot right next to my vehicle when me and my family where trying to leave.

Great location for Lucas Oil Stadium and walking around downtown. Limited parking in lot, but nearby garage is included and easy to enter/exit with barcode from hotel.
