It was old speedway hotel with car front that it!! Refused to give me a receipt for stay said I could only get from you guys. They charged me a deposit but wouldn’t give me a receipt for anything. There was a cup of cigarette ashes spilled on floor, food still in refrigerator. The side doors did not lock for safety. The pool and hot tub had dirt slime all around the top of the pool. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

There was an issue with check in and my daughter was charged an incorrect rate. When this was brought to the front desk check in person’s attention, he became rude, declaring he couldn’t fix it, raised his voice, actually yelled at us, and refused to do anything to assist with this. This was one of the WORST EXPERIENCES I’ve ever had. This man is in the business of customer service and he was completely out of line. We stay in roughly 15 to 20 hotels a year and we will NEVER stay here again. The rooms are out dated with rust in the sink, mold in the showers, drywall all over the bed in my daughters room, dirty stained sheets in another daughters room and two towels in our rooms with 4 adults. We booked 5 rooms at this place and between the complete lack of customer service and the condition of the rooms, it was a HUGE disappointment in our trip! Never again Travel lodge. Also, when I booked these rooms it was under a Ramada logo which are usually decent rooms but apparently when travel lodge took over three weeks ago, everything went down hill!

When I booked this property it was a Ramada and at time of checkin it was a Travellodge. It is old and need updated. Room was clean but property needs updated.

Lots of parking, area is quiet and private. Seems a bit dated but is clean and safe. The rooms have marble/hard floors which I wasn't expecting but were clean. There weren't comforters on the beds, but we didn't ask if there were any available and the temperature was comfortable. Seems like new managment has taken over but not made many improvements, the restaurant/bar was staffed with one front of house employee who was running ragged and dealing with lack of supplies and having technical issues. She was wonderful but was having to manage a lot to get us our food. Price for stay and location were decent, so wouldn't mind staying again.

I was taught if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything. It was not a great experience, just average or less. The Expedia rate was good so I guess you get what you pay for.

We stayed here one night before the eclipse, so we certainly paid a premium price. Check in was quick and easy. We got to our room and it must have somewhat recently been a smoking room. There were two thin bath towels for 3 people on a reservation. Tried to call for more. Phone didn’t work. No towels at pool. We booked a ‘lake view’ room and looked at the courtyard maybe? Towels and sheets had stains. Pool area was clean and my son enjoyed swimming. The tables were rusted and I’d be concerned with younger children. Posted signs had pool hours of 3pm-10pm, which was fine for us, but good to note if you think you’re hanging out at the pool during the day

Outdated I expect for a 2-star hotel, but it was gross. There was a mouse trap in the room. The walls, fixtures, everything was dirty. We reserved for my spouse and I and three children. There were only 2 towels & 4 pillows in the room. I asked for another pillow and it had makeup on it (not stains, it just wasn't clean - gross). The mattresses were so thin we all had back pain and couldn't sleep. The shower sprayed everywhere, the hairdryer didn't work. There were no towels at the pool. The breakfast was a joke - I can't even describe, just don't. The pool is large and clean, but that's it. Had it been possible for us to go somewhere else that night we would have cut our losses and left, but it was the room or sleep in the van. It was a tough decision.

The staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is very worn and is in desperate need of updating and renovation to entire building. The pool area wa clean and the pool enjoyable for our Grandchildren ages 8 and 10. Even though the staff was friendly and provided good customer service I would not stay here again until a total renovation and update was completed.

Would've been ok but was supposed to be a 3 star hotel and definitely felt like a 2 star experience and some things like windows were broken. Poorly patched holes in hallways. Phone didn't work at all. For 4 people in the room they had 4 pillows and 2 towels and when we asked for change for the vending machine that only accepted 1 dollar bills they just said no. No explanation no nothing even though we said it was for their vending machine.

Everything in the room dirty and drywall was still on the floor from repair work done. They obviously don’t check rooms before check in begin!! Everyone at front desk no matter what shift are rude and seem so annoyed that your there even though we are their job security!!

I came at a time when they were renovating so i know it will not be perfect just so that is out there ...The fitness room looks like a storage room and was locked with no access the sauna was locked no access the pool and hot tub was a no swim zone until 3(the pool is why i was here)so no morning swim .The breakfast is just cereal but that was finehalf the ice machines were out do to construction...I however loved my stay the staff were ok but it was quiet and nobody bothered me for my sons bday ..THEY DEFINITELY NEED A SIGN THERE IS NONE THAT SAY HOTEL TILL U R U0 TO THE BUILDING

The name of the hotel is different, so I believe they are under new owners so I won’t be as harsh they were making renovations to the building. My bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the sink and the employees did not come to clean it. they were going to try to change my room, but I just checked out the next day instead of saying my two days

It's not even called the Ramada... It has a bar & grill attached that's never open. Dirty and Trashy around inside the hotel. Outside garbage cans running over. The breakfast was boiled eggs and toast, cereal and coffee. We couldnt get an extra blanket per them all rooms were booked but it was maybe 5 other couples there... I do not recommend this place to anyone

Iam truly sorry for the inconvenience caused to you about the outside and inside. We are currently in the process of remolding the entire hotel to ensure this doesn't happen again. We are also re-vamping our breakfast area and menu.

This is not even a Ramada inn as advertised it is a travelers inn big difference I did not end up staying I checked out it was dirty and grimy they even had rodent traps in the stairwell Expedia needs to look into this property I will be asking for a refund from Expedia since they advertise it as a Ramada inn and not this dirty hole staff was pleasant she was even kind of comical when I checked out within an hour she did not hesitate and say Expedia will refund your money she must have heard that several times

Worst stay ever.
Upon arrival i waited 20 mins for someone to come to front desk to check in. Went to the room and there were couches in the hallways from other rooms. The room was dirty. Found trash in night stand drawer. Was not pleased at all with the condition of the hotel. There were no towels at the pool or hot tub. There was old carpet outside on the ground in front of my hotel room window.

The property is disgusting, dirty, and terrible. Room looked like a toddler did the construction which was unfinished. No grout in tiles, vanity falling off wall, doors cut crooked, absolutely train wreck. Beds were so wore out and terrible couldn't sleep and had huge digit hole in mattress. nI wouldn't let my dog stay in this place and they wont refund money for their poor property.

We were given keys and the passcode to an occupied room. We could have been hurt if the occupants were in the room. The staff laughed when we complained. The room we ended up in had a window that was cracked and caulked back together. There was abandoned furniture in the hallway. The bedsheets were stained and the bed spread had bleached spots. I’ve never stayed somewhere so reprehensible. Horror show.

Stay away - buggy and gross
Bug infested, filthy, no smoke alarms, noisy. If this place is actually associated with Wyndham, there are bigger problems. Also, I read glowing reviews before I booked, only to be bamboozled by the hotel AND hotels.com. Now it’s all bad reviews.

Cockroaches in rooms, didnt replace towels, didnt remake bed after cleaning etc. they just left clean sheets, no change for a cash only vending machine, food in restaurant overpriced
