There was an issue with check in and my daughter was charged an incorrect rate. When this was brought to the front desk check in person’s attention, he became rude, declaring he couldn’t fix it, raised his voice, actually yelled at us, and refused to do anything to assist with this. This was one of the WORST EXPERIENCES I’ve ever had. This man is in the business of customer service and he was completely out of line. We stay in roughly 15 to 20 hotels a year and we will NEVER stay here again. The rooms are out dated with rust in the sink, mold in the showers, drywall all over the bed in my daughters room, dirty stained sheets in another daughters room and two towels in our rooms with 4 adults. We booked 5 rooms at this place and between the complete lack of customer service and the condition of the rooms, it was a HUGE disappointment in our trip! Never again Travel lodge. Also, when I booked these rooms it was under a Ramada logo which are usually decent rooms but apparently when travel lodge took over three weeks ago, everything went down hill!
