2020/03/17 2박 예약이었습니다. 코로나바이러스유행으로 여행을 안하게되어서, 숙박예약 취소하고 환불을 요청하였습니다. 답변은 자기네는 취소환불 불가한 예약이하서, 손해는 가입한 보험사가 있으면 그쪽으로 연락을 하라더군요. 메일 3번보고 받은 이후에야, 받은 답변이 이랬습니다. Hotels.com 공지에 따르면, 03/20이후 예약분은 모두 취소환불 가능하다고 하네요

Atmospheric Chateau but in need of a little upgrading. Staff were great and very helpful. Grounds were excellent to walk round. Breakfast was quite reasonable but dinner was poor value. Definitely plan on eating out. Rooms were huge but our bathroom had only a bath with no shower which given how big it was seemed a little strange. The Chateau is dog friendly which we appreciate and overall we enjoyed our stay

憧れだった古城に宿泊
以前から泊まりたいと思っていたロワールの古城に宿泊でき、とても貴重な体験でした。古城の中でもフランソワ１世が愛妾のために建てたお城なので、とても歴史あるお城です。 館内はリノベーションされていて、エレベーターが設置され、バリアフリーにも対応しています。とても快適に過ごすことができました。 今回、夕食を予約していたのですが、数日前にレストランが営業しないとの連絡があり、夕食をとれなかったのが心残りでした。また訪れたいと思います。

La vie de chateau
Beautiful place in a quiet castle with friendly staff that will look after you super well. The castle is beautiful and if you love tomato take the time to visit the tomato garden with 700 species of tomatoes growing, absolutely amazing.

Another World a few hours from Paris.
There is infinitely more value in a valid old hotel than in boring modern one when the prices are comparable. Revel in the magic of the days that are gone, except where somebody puts the effort into keeping it here awhile longer. Elevator, TV, Internet - high ceilings, open beams, gardens, shops, restaurant, park. The latter features are worth coming for.

Une bon séjour dans un château
L'arrivée au chateau hôtel est grandiose. L'accueil est chaleureux et explicatif. L'hôtel est truffé d'antiquités ou autres objets lointains que lon peut prendre le temps de regarder. Son parc est immense et pourrait justifier en partie un sejour, probablement. Très bel hôtel et notre categorie chambre luxe offrait une vraie experience de séjour en château (espace, ameublement, décoration). Nous sommes restes deux nuits. Trois pièces dans notre chambre avec une salle de bain de bon confort. Le service se veut haut de gamme avec une belle vaisselle et des couverts en argent. Même au petit déjeuner. C'est agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est très correct mais si contrairement à nous, vous souhaitez un oeuf par exemple, vous devrez payer un supplément. Une option salée supplémentaire offerte serait un plus dans cette gamme d'hôtel. De même, on ne peut que déconseiller le repas du soir qui, a lexception de l'entrée a base des fameuses tomates du jardin du chateau, est très bas de gamme (bœuf roti sec, pale et sans sauce, gratin de courgettes sans goût, ile flottante industrielle). Ce n'est pas possible pour ce prix. Enfin, les chambres ne sont faites qu'à la demande. Nous ne le savions pas. Donc notre chambre n'a pas ete faite. C'est contestable dans cette categorie de chambre et d'hôtel. Mais il suffit de demander. Aussi, pourrait-il être agréables qu'il nous soit demander si tout se passe bien. Cela n'enlève rien à ce quicrestera une excellente expérience. Nous recommandons.

This was our fourth stay at the château. We find it elegant and peaceful, with a beautiful location and surroundings. The staff is always very courteous and welcoming. We hope to return again soon!

We stayed for three glorious nights, using this chateau as a home base while we explored the other chateaus of the Loire valley. It was magical. The staff was warm and welcoming. The room was beautiful. The grounds were amazing - acres and acres to explore. We didn't have time to swim, but the pool is beautiful - set back from the chateau and surrounded by grass, with a lovely little pool house for changing and lounging. Since we were out all every day, we didn't eat much at the chateau, but what we did was great. They had breakfast set up in various downstairs rooms, and dinner outside near the tomato garden. I would LOVE to stay here again if I ever get the chance.

Es una propiedad espectacular! El entorno es idílico! Te transporta en automático a siglos pasados! Es literalmente hospedarse en un Palacio! El servicio del personal es excelente, los desayunos muy completos! La única pega que pondría talvez, es que no tiene elevador y si te tocó en habitación alejada tienes que pasar por puertas y laberintos para llegar a ella! Pero se entiende por el lugar en dónde estás! De ensueño! Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

A beautiful chateau with elegant rooms and a few endearing nooks and crannies to explore. The oak beams and creaks remind you the place is over 600 years old, but there is a pool and tennis court too. If you want an amazing experience and more space than Paris, rent a car and get to this chateau. You will be made welcome and will wish you booked for longer. We are sorry to leave and will be back.

Our stay at the castle was fantastic. Warm and friendly reception at check in, and very helpful staff. The grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed strolling the garden, playing tennis and swimming in the pool. Great location as it is a quiet and peaceful setting, yet an easy drive to Amboise and the castles. I highly recommend this chateau.

This was an amazing experience for my family. The chateau is on a large lot with wooded area vegetable gardens and surrounding gardens as well. It’s an authentic experience. Everyone at the chateau was very accommodating and incredibly helpful. We visited Leonardo da Vinci house near by and other castles. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return to the wonderful place.

Chateau is lovely, grounds are splendid, beautifully restored and kept. staff are kind and helpful. Do not eat here the food is terrible. Dinner was horrendous and certainly not worth the money, everything else was fine, a terrible shame!

Un séjour dans un vrai grand et beau château, l'arrivée est majestueuse dans ce grand parc qui mène au château, un diner simple et délicieux, une grande chambre confortable avec une grande salle de bain, un accueil très chaleureux et une vraie personnalité dans ce bel endroit, notamment grâce au potager aux 800 sortes de tomates!

We were expecting to stay in the castle and got the barn! Very old room needed upgrading no lift so we had to carry all of our luggage up old rickety stairs very unsafe. We had a very far walk to our room. Nothing was open like the tea room. Beautiful property but needs work.

If you expected to be in the castle you should have reserved an upper room category .. C'est la troisième fois que nous séjournons au château. C'est toujours une super expérience ! Le château est magnifique, les jardins sont magnifiques, et l'équipe est très agréable. Cette fois nous avons mangé à La Cave, un restaurant à Montlouis. Un membre de l'équipe a fait la réservation pour nous et c'était superbe !
